Suncrest Exterminating

The people from Suncrest were so nice. Matt came out and took care of everything in a nice, professional manner. He explained the safety of the chemicals. I have 2 kids, 2 cats and a large fish and he said no worries. Just wait 2 hours and we are good to get back into our routine. Thank you Suncrest!

Great. Young man was very friendly and professional. He did a great job. We haven't seen an ant indoors since. We will definitely use this service again provided the price stays reasonable.

had to call them back for reappearance of ants. I asked why did they appear again . he told me they were probably a few ants in the baseboard that survived.

Service guy was a pleasure. Completed work quickly. Effective immediately against ants, which was our biggest concern. Notable drop in spiders (but not completely eliminated). No silverfish since.

Showed up an hour later than the two hour window initially indicated; but immediately apologized for being late and not calling - even before I could mention it. Once here, completed the work quickly and efficiently and answered all questions we asked. So far, we haven't seen an ant inside the home since the work was performed. We were happy with the service provider's employee that completed the work, and would use the company again. Can't rate the price as I have nothing to compare it with - but trusted Angie's List Special Deal pricing as being a good deal.

Alex came..he called me when he was about 40 minutes away. He was very personable and efficient. Answered all my questions and got to work..Did a great job and I have a 30 day warrenty so they will come back if needed. Steffani in the front office was great. We were going on vacation and had this ant problem so she fit me into their schedule just 2 days later...Wonderdul all round experience..I will use them again if needed and recommend them to my friends and family.

The service was excellent and the representative was professional and courteous. They came, asked some questions to determine what I needed and quickly got to work. They completed all of the work quickly and completely. Overall, it was a great experience!

Showed up on time. Did a good job and explained what was being done. Pleasant. a few weeks later had to call back for more spiders. No problem scheduling a return visit and did another good job. Explained that new laws prohibit broad spectrum coverage for outdoor spiders.

The actual service was fine. Getting the tech to the house to perform the service was a disaster. He was scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. At 9:45 a.m. I called and asked if he was anywhere near my house. They checked, and he was on the freeway. He gave an ETA that meant he should have arrived about 10:15, which still would have been OK. I had an 11 a.m. appointment, however, and I didn't have time to wait any longer. At 10:30 I left, calling Suncrest as I went to tell them I was going. After my appointment, I called them again and suggested we reschedule. They offered to have him come by in the afternoon and to call me when he was 20 minutes away. That worked out pretty well, as he was at my house when I arrived to let him in. He was efficient and did the job he was supposed to do. He also apologized for the morning's problems. But it created a lot of anxiety for me, and I didn't really appreciate the lack of correct information.

Matt the person who did the work spent some time outside first spraying and putting out granules to kill the ants then he came inside and sprayed He explained what he was doing very clearly and gave me a few tips to keep the ants at bay. I was most impressed when he took off his shoes to do the inside of the house after being outside on the wet ground. This was a special that the company ran for $69. However I like the office staff and the technician that Suncrest sent (Matt) to do the work. I would certainly use this company again and highly recommend them.

Technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions on pest control and even let me know of easy safe alternatives to such as Borax for pest control in the kitchen...he said he had not used it but read about it. How can you not trust a pest control guy who reads about pest control leisurely. He was very quick and even sprayed extra areas without nickle and diming me. he also did noy upsell me or force a long-term contract on me. I'm very likely to call suncrest again as soon as I need it. Oh yeah, as a clean freak, I really appreciated that he put booties on prior to entering my home. Great job!

They were courteous and prompt in responding, however we are looking for a "green" (environmentally friendly) pest control service, which they didn't offer. So we have decided to cancel the deal for now.

Amazing customer service from the very first call, to setting up the appointment very courteous and professional. Never when they needed to reschedule, it was all done professionally. Mother service technician was very prompt and thorough. I've told many friends about their derive and my experience and I will definitely use them again!

We had just moved into a new home and were having some problems finding ants and roaches. The office contact was very pleasant and informative. The technician showed up on time and explained their services and asked for our input about the problem we were having. He made recommendations and then went to work. He told us what to expect over the next several days, i.e. finding dead bugs around - which we did. We signed up for quarterly services with Suncrest Exterminating for maintenance during our first year.

Purchased Suncrest's big deal for a $69.00 pest control service. They did a great job! They quickly confirmed our purchase and they were able to accommodate our date and time request. The technician showed up on time. He was professional and thorough. Best of all, there was no hard sell for additional products or services! We will definitely use Suncrest again in the future!

It was fine. They had to come out a couple of times because the ants were in the wall but other than that, it was fine. They came back for free and gave me some tips on how to get rid of them. I hired them mainly because of price. What stood out about them is that they were willing to come back for free. They were just great.

They scheduled an appt with my tenant and 30 minutes before they cancelled with no explanation..

It went okay, it went well. They did fine and took care of that problem. We had no complaints. They said to come back and redo things and they were on time. We were happy with the service and the worker is the son of the owner. It was pretty pricey. If you have a problem, you would take care of it. They did some original things and the quality was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain it.

Everything went well.We both like the person who worked and he was down to earth. The people in the office were very nice too.

Very professional and complete inspection of our 5 unit townhome. We really liked them and the HOA would quite possibly have picked them to do the extermination if we didn't have to special assess to do it at that time. Unfortunately they are located in Anaheim and we are in the South Bay. They are competitively priced for extermination; however, they did offer to do wood repair, but at a prohibitive price. Since we have had more time to look, we are more attracted to exterminators that use methods that are alternative to tenting.
