Suncrest Exterminating

This worker was great (I think his name is Dennis). Very professional and exceeded my expectations.

It turned out OK. Scheduling was fine. The first appointment was missed as they had the wrong address but they promptly rescheduled. The technician was very conscientious and thorough and came back out for an additional issue with ants.

They did it good. They were on time, friendly, and responsive.

Reps were professional and the quote was fair. Will use them for our termite work when the time comes.

The service went really well, the service tech was on time and did all work in a timely manner. Very courteous and efficient.

I called them within a day or two of buying the deal. They were late for an appointment and they canceled another appointment. I had someone else do the work.

The technician showed up on time and was very friendly. He explained the post-treatment dos and don'ts. The only concern I have is that it's been about 6 weeks, and we have already seen a few ants back. To be fair, I haven't contacted Suncrest about this yet, and plan to do so very soon to ask what we should do about it, other than waiting until the next quarterly anti-pest treatment.

Although the ant problem wasn't solved immediately, I don't think it was the exterminators fault. There are so many millions of ants and it was hard to get rid of them. The reason I would go back to the company isn't because they were bad. I just want to see what another company would do with ants.

They came for the first service but I have not seen or heard from them since. This is supposed to be for quarterly services but they have never contacted me for another service. I have actually hired someone else for the work.

We were very pleased with our indoor/outdoor bug spray service from Sincerest Exterminating! We purchased a coupon on Angie's List so we weren't sure what to expect. We were very happy, and we will definitely use then again at full price. They were able to come out a few days after I called even though I'm sure they had quite a bit of business after their coupon offer. They showed up at the beginning of the service window, we're in and out in a very reasonable amount of time, and we haven't see ants or crickets since! They sprayed both inside and out, and we're even nice enough to treat a little extra outside where we had seen ants. Thank you!

The technician needed to treat a garage side door frame for termites and he found it necessary to remove some interior moulding in the inside of the garage. (This additional work was not anticipated.) The trim work was performed reasonably well but the technician painted the molding the wrong color, using some paint that he apparently had on his truck. The problem was correctly promptly and I was more than satisfied with the result. We've been a customer of Suncrest for many years and they've quite a bit of work for us including tenting. Although I can't give them a perfect score for this particular job, we plan to continue using their services in the future.

Matt was very good and did a fantastic job communicating today. He was willing to answer my questions and did a thorough job spraying for bugs. Stephanie at the reception was very accommodating and it was easy to process their offer on Angie's List. We will be using their services again in the future. I am optimistic we won't see anymore ants or spiders!

Good service, we had lots of ants and spiders, it has been over 3 months and we see an ant or two once in a while.

The technician was on time and very respectful of the property. He was nice and explained everything that would be done. We had a lot of black widows and the insecticide he used definitely did the job. We are very happy with the outcome of their service!
