I was grateful I did not have to vacate family and pets after speaking with provider but I don't know the extent of pest control was done as a result. I really wish they had indicated on the deal that you had to vacate your home.

Since tenting is only a bit less of a pain than getting a colonoscopy, Suncerest made the experience as good an experience as it can be. They made several trips: a thorough estimate with explanation of the procedure (and even encouragement to seek out other estimates); a pretreatment overview with detailed instructions; replaced and painted all exterior wood that had been damaged by termites; tented; repaired or replaced all broken roof tiles. All of this was done with care, professionalism, and a friendly attitude. (The painters even painted a few items that were not damaged by termites--just to get everything to match.) It's a family owned business with a very good cadre of workers.

They assign the same technician, a very personable and professional young man named Matt, for each quarterly treatment. He listens, advises and does the treatment roughly and quickly. This is the second year we've had an annual contract and we do not plan to change companies.

Contract was for QUARTERLY but they only came ONCE. Now I have an infestation of spiders and other insects.

They called to remind me in advance and suggested I not run sprinklers for 24 hours to let it work.

He arrived on time was polite, gave me details on how to clean the floor after he sprayed and offered there quarterly special.

alright. I asked for exterior treatment only on the first visit so the technician can better understand the interior of my home. I have very high ceilings and don't want chemicals or bugs falling on my head, so I need for the technician tell me what he can do in the future. He said he would find out and let me know. I will up date my review on the next treatment.

They are awesome! really worked with me to get the scheduling right. Very friendly and professional on the phone. Support was awesome. Guy was perfect, did excellent job, very happy. I will be using SunCreast for all my extermination needs in the future. They are highly recommended.

Bought a "Big Deal" for $85 which included spraying interior and exterior for bugs. I'm pretty sure $85 in the outside world would get me about the same, but I gave this one a try. I was very pleased by the service and the results so far. They arrived on time, got right to work and were very professional. I would use this company again for sure and I think they deserve the A grade all around.

I've had a good experience with these folks. They do a good job of scheduling treatments in advance, their tech is personable and helpful. Had to call them back once when the crickets didn't all die the first time, and it was no problem getting them back out. Great company IMHO.
