Description of Work: I wish I could give this company an "A," but due to the multiple cancellations and rescheduling that was done before services were rendered, I can't give anything higher than a "B." My appointment was rescheduled twice and it wasn't until nearly 2 months after I purchased the service did I actually get anything done. | |Once the service guy arrived, everything went smoothly. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Good service. | |If you need service done immediately, this is not the company to go with. But if you're willing to wait, this was a good deal for the price. Just not sure I would use them again.

Description of Work: They responded to every call. I had to call them back twice to figure out the ant problem. They helped figure out where the ant nests were underground. Since I never used an exterminator, I don't have a point of reference whether or not the service was excellent compared to others. They were responsive everytime I called.

Description of Work: I had a terrible ant problem and Suncrest came to treat the house inside and out, when the ants came back in about two weeks I called Suncrest again and they re-treated the house w/i a couple of days! They also put out bait this time! It is almost two weeks later and they are all gone!
