They do a good job. I have them come every three months. They were also helpful about getting rid of some cockroaches. They do interior and exterior extermination. They do termites too. They also do dry rot repair and that was very good as well.

This is the third time we have used this company. The owner of the company, Marshall Hirt, did the initial inspection and did not give us a hard sell. Overall they were courteous and very business like. We will use them again.

I had a rodent living in an outside storage area and ants. I called Suncrest out to give a quote to spray for ants and remove the rodent. The price for the pest control was outrageous and I chose not to use them for this but I did use them for the rodent. I paid $75 for them to catch and dispose of rodent as well as remove it's nest and feces. They set traps and said they would come back and check them and then once they caught it they would remove the nest and clean the area. I thought $75 was really a reasonable cost and they did do this however, I did give an average review because I had to continually check the area and then after a couple months of still seeing the nest and feces I finally called and asked when they were coming back. They did come back and clean the area and at that time I was informed that they had caught a large rat. The work was good but the communication and the fact that I had to bring them back out to finish the work was not the best service.

As President of our HOA, it fell to me to schedule and obtain estimates for termite/dry rot treatment on our property. SunCrest not only had the most competitive price, they also worked with us on individual needs such as one of our owners had physical constraints and could not leave the property for tenting. They encountered much more damage than expected; however, they honored their estimated price and got the exterior job completed on time and with very little inconvenience. They call before they arrive; they clean-up after each time they do work; there is always someone who speaks English on site. The only reason I rated them a B on quality is a few times I needed to point out areas that needed additional work - but they were very small issues - and they came back until I was completely satified. I highly recommend this company.

THE SALESMAN DID A VERY GOOD JOB IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEMS AND GAVE APPROBATE RECOMMENDATIONS. THE JOB WAS PERFORMED ON TIME. I WAS ABLE TO CALL AND GET QUESTIONS ANSWERED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
