Sam's Garage door sent Diego to inspect and provide a quote on fixing a noise with the door. Diego was on time, professional, and cam across as extremely trustworthy. He clearly explained and demonstrated the problem and included a full write-up of everything causing the noise along with options he does and does not recommend. I will be recommending Sam's Garage for my friends and family in the area.

It was fine but I was told that I was getting a great "Angie's deals" price to replace my garage door rollers. I paid $150. The very next week I saw an ad from the same company for less than half what I paid. I felt taken advantage of.

They arrived a little later than the end of the service window I was given, but once they arrived the work was done promptly and professionally. They even replaced one of my rollers at no charge. I would definitely use their service again.

The technician came to find out the weather strip needed a special order, saying it was different from ordinary variety. The tech came later to install it, but his company asked him to collect $100 extra, reason was it was a special order. For a prepaid service, this was an unpleasant surprise, because it was not disclosed to me before it happened but until all was done. I think the job was good. But the pricing policy should be more up-front transparent to customer.

Not well. The rep first said the top panel of the door has to be replaced at a cost of $250 - $300. I'm in the construction business. This attachment is a $20 part. When he handed me the estimate to sign it stated the replacement cost now, is $400.00. I did not sign anything and asked him to leave.

He adjusted and oiled the hinges and chain. Unfortunately the original install was done incorrectly and cannot be fixed, but Jesse said the door and opener should last a long time. He did not try and sell me a new door, which I appreciated. I would use them again for another adjustment when needed. Jesse the tech was pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Diego showed up as scheduled and got right to work. He assessed the door's operation and made the necessary adjustments. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. He was very professional, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, and why. My garage door now works perfectly, and I could not be happier with the quality of work and the service provided!

Mike lubed the castors and springs. He greased the main drive screw. He did an excellent job.

In each case Sam's was on time, on price, the work was beyond excellent. This is my new "go-to" company for anything garage door. I had an emergency service on a commercial garage door. They were there in two hours. I had a non-emergency service on a condo garage door. They were there on time and took great care of the situation. And finally, they went above and beyond on a new garage door for my house--we had some "special" openers that they were able to preserve (along with the new, fancier openers and an internet system). The last was purchased as an Angie List deal.
