I have antenna TV and I think when they are in the Attic they moved my wire from my antenna. I have lost several channels on my TV. I do not have cable so I depend on these channels. Otherwise they did a great job. Thank you

There was a little confusion in scheduling because one of the workers got sick. However we quickly rescheduled, and a crew was freed up and they sent them by. Great work, very pleased.

They took out my asbestos on Friday and made us spend the weekend without a/c during a hot spell. When I questioned the decision not to do the asbestos on Monday morning they said it could not get done on time given what else they had to do. But the asbestos got done in about an hour and on Monday they did not work a full day. So it could have been done. The work they did (Radiant Barrier, Attic Exhaust fan, Redo venting system - $6100) helped reduce the heat on the second floor, but the improvement was less than expected. It is better, but not $6100 better. I expected better results. Then one of their workers had a power steering oil leak and it stained my relatively new driveway. I tried to get it off but I failed. They sent the guys back to try but they failed too. It is a series of 3 or 4-inch stains. Not a deadly thing, but still not what you expect. On the positive side: They did do everything on schedule, without incident, and they did keep the place clean. The workers were congenial and not disruptive. Their work has improved things. If you are considering using them, I would exercise more control of what and how they work to get the best result.

They did a great job. It was quick and easy. Plaster patch was done by a true artisan. Texture matches perfect. Highly recommend this company.

We got incredibly lucky when we found Guardian, and can't recommend them enough. From the initial quote to receiving rebate paperwork done for me after the job was complete was less than a week, and the process couldn't have gone any smoother! Guardian demonstrated exemplary professionalism, quality, expertise, and top-notch customer service throughout. Given the ongoing pandemic they offered to quote over the phone utilizing images and measurements of my home. They offer not just the labor and materials for the insulation itself, but also clean up and restoration after. Other contractors have left me with a "paint-ready finish", but Guardian provides expert texture match and painting to ensure you can't even see where they drilled (seriously – I told my kid if he could find a spot I'd give him $1 and his pockets are empty). When I first got the quote I said I was going to get a comparison quote before committing. Usually folks get put out by this but Brian didn't miss a beat, and even advised me of a few key questions to ask to ensure competitors are offering the best product and workmanship (FYI the comparitor came in almost double Guardian's price and wasn't very helpful over the phone). It was evident throughout the project that the Guardian duo have extensive experience. Each was a master of his craft, and the two together worked seamlessly one after another in a well-coordinated and highly efficient effort. It also bears mentioning that we immediately noticed the difference. The morning before installation it was 51 outside and 63 inside. The next day it was again 51 outside but our house was already 3° warmer and the job wasn't even done! This is a home improvement investment you won't regret, and Guardian will get you the best results.

The crew was on time, worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned up the work site beautifully after they were done. The subsequent patching, stucco replacement, and painting were so superb one would never know the entirety of the house had been drilled into in dozens of places. As for the insulation product itself, I was able to feel the positive effects of the insulation almost immediately. Happy to recommend Guardian for wall insulation work.

Guardian insulation's sales person was extremely aggressive when quoting and answering questions. After the work done, I can not even get hold of him to get SCGas company rebate information and required form to submit for rebate. Very Very disappointed of the way they handle business. In fact, this is the 2nd time I encounter such situation in 30 years.

The team that arrived to do the insulation were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The Owner of the Company was quick to respond to all communication, Very happy with the over all experience, not happy with the strong chemical odor that is now in my garage, I'm sure it will pass i time but I didn't know to expect this.

Be sure to understand how any holes needed for adding insulation will be closed and finished (ie. patched but not painted, etc).
