My house was difficult but they worked hard and did a great job. They were prompt, efficient and supportive with rebate.

Guardian Insulation; Jesse was great. He was on time, knowledgeable, polite, and really saved us money by working with our budget. Explained everything completely as well as helped us with rebate. Mark did the work. He is an artist with the patch & match. He went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend them.

We were extremely impressed with Guardian Insulation throughout every phase of their work. The estimator that first came out, Jessie, was very professional, polite, and friendly. They stayed exactly to their time commitments and everything went exactly as the told us it would. Their prices were very fair, the installers seemed to be competent and professional. The work was done quickly and as agreed upon. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. They were great to work with.

Update: It's been about ten months since the job and I have a complaint. Right after the job was completed I noticed an area in the hallway ceiling that was damaged (it looked like one of the workers stepped on the drywall and it broke thru). I called the company and spoke with a man who identified himself as the owner who told me it would be easier to send me a check for the repairs than to come out and fix the ceiling. We agreed on an amount. Its been 10 months and I have yet to receive anything. Needless to say, it's disappointing. Based on that I have lowered my customer service rating. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Even though it was hot and dusty, the crew performed the job with speed and efficiency. The job included removing the old insulation and debris left behind when the wood-shake roof was replaced and blowing in new cellulose. We now go for days without the A/C. Clean-up was excellent. More dust and odor aftermath than we anticipated, however. Highly recommended.

Jessie was a lot of help. Honest and to the point. A/C ran all day before the work. Now cycles on and off during the high heat of the day. Will pay for itself. Great job!

Very conscientious employees. Actual installer was obviously extremely knowledgeable about his job and was very honest. He told us about an area that originally was targeted for insulation, but ended up not needing any. The company contacted us immediately to adjust the original price downward! Total project was accomplished quickly,much to our surprise. We choose them because they have a state contractors license, price and knowledge about our problem and how to solve it.

The rep that came out is very knowledgeable about the product and is very nice and helpful.

Jesse was amazing and so helpful. I was in a jam and needed insulation asap. He pulled a team together and was able to do it the next day. The guys made NO mess, and are friendly and answered our questions. The price was great very affordable. Jesse even called me the next month to do my rebate I forgot all about. Very timely, fair price and clean work

Jesse was great at explaining what needed to be done to fix my issues with excessive heat. He helped me get qualified for the HERO program which allowed me to get the work done that I needed. Mark came out to do the work. He was fantastic and went above and beyond with paint matching and even fixed some pre-existing paint match issues that I had. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend this company.
