The actual installers were great! They came on time, knew what they were doing, were clean, neat and considerate. On the other hand, the sales person was not as interested if the job he was selling could actually be completed as sold. Therefore, a part of the job could not be completed and he attempted and attempted to put the ownous on the client.

The 2 person crew was awesome. They were very respectful and personable. They came ready to work and did an amazing job. The patchwork on the holes they used to blow the material in was superb. You can't even tell there were puncture holes. All around a painless experience.

I was pleased with the quote however I was given a date for the work to be done and it was not done scheduling error so they did it the next date and reduced my rate which was appreciated the work was done.I can tell the difference in my house. But when the work was done I paid cash and was not given a receipt which concerned my so I texted the owner and he emailed me one. Other than that I was really pleased with the service.

Very professional and honest. Did a great job of cleaning up and repairing the holes in the walls that was needed to add insulation for me. I have had a great experience! And my homes temp dropped by 7 degrees. AWESOME.

I was mislead regarding the rebates from Guardian Insulation. two projects were needed in order to obtain rebate. Each project is separate and this was not required for the rebate from SMUD. Each project is entitled it's own rebate per SMUD. Once deposit was received, communication rated at 0 star. There were 6 no shows where I waited at home with no phone call or text. Company offered several hundred dollar discount if given a positive review online. It makes you wonder if their high star rating is due to this "buying stars". Guardian Insulation became argumentative when I requested my deposit back 3 weeks later. Company will text you at 3 in the morning which also included for me to remove my negative posting online NEWSFLASH I had not posted a review . This put a thought in my mind which led me to write this review...... I highly recommend NOT using this company unless you prefer to sit around and wait.

Guardian Insulation is a class act! Jesse was very professional and sincere when listening to what I wanted to accomplish. He helped me acquire rebates and financing and stood well within my budget to complete the project. Mark was excellent with the install and took the time to answer any questions I had. Clean and efficient so much so that after the project was completed you couldn't even tell they had been there. Glad to see that there are still honest contractors out there! I would gladly recommend this company and will be doing business with them again soon.

They were responsive, quick, and best priced of all the companies I contacted. Although they didn't have the equipment required to complete this particular job, they subcontracted with another company, kept the price the same, and did a good job. I would definitely use them again.

Brian, the salesman, was knowledgeable, efficient, and seemed to be experienced. The price of the installation was reasonable. The technician Eric arrived on time, set up equipment with care, and worked fast. He was courteous and very pleasant. The clean up was super. I am considering hiring Guardian for a future project.

The company changed my appt 3 times. The installer promised to do something but ended up not doing it . Everything else was fine

The team was excellent. Professional, timely, and courteous. Jessie the sales rep was very reliable and straight forward. He answers calls texts promptly. Did not push for extra sale, as a matter of fact they fixed things for me in the attic (switch box and AC ducts) without any extra charge. Mark the installer was very knowledgeable and did a thoroughly job. I would definitely recommend this company and team. I have dealt with many many contractors in California and these two were the best.
