The staff is friendly. They evaluated our needs and wants to determine a perfect course of action for an affordable rate through the HERO program.

We had the south and west side walls of our home done. We prepared the rooms (removing pictures, moving furniture) only to receive a call from Brian 30 minutes before install time, that he couldn't do the job that day. After changing our install date 3 times, Mark, the installer did a professional job, was great to work with. Patch work was excellent. Our main beef is with the owner, Brian and the estimator, Roland. The estimator under estimated the time for the job and the owner, Brian, seemed to have much difficulty scheduling either 1 or 2 days to complete the job.

The guy who actually did the work was an artist. Patched the stucco and matched the texture and color exactly. Could have cleaned-up a little better, but I'm not complaining.

All worked well and installer Mark did an excellent job. Insulation is working as expected and we are very happy.

Installation took longer than anticipated, but work was top notch. Installer was professional and did excellent work and cleanup. Gas Company repeatedly said they had no record of rebate application, but I received rebate yesterday (5 days after being told they had no record), no fault of Renewable Energy. Brian was true to his word. Thank you.

Mark did a great job matching the outside wall color.

They missed one appointment but were okay for the second appointment a week later. Installer was very careful of the home, laying down tarps everywhere he would walk. They did a good job.

Knowledgable salesman, and very hard working/friendly/quality installer. Quick response. Responded to my inquiry a week sooner than any other contractor.

On time. Installer was thorough and courteous. Would recommend.

We chose this company for the price and product. They showed up on time but with no helper. The installer needed my husbands help loading the insulation into the machine. I'm not sure what he would have done if I was home instead of my husband. Otherwise, everything was great.

The work was done - although there were so much delay from schedule. Although I cannot judge the quality of work as they are not visible, I think i can trust the worker had done his job. However, the sales person/customer service was terrible. When he came to give estimates, all he cared about what other companies had offered. He made me help him to measure (not only once but every single place he needed to measure). He charged my credit card without firm agreement on the charge or my approval. I now how to contest CC charge. He even asked for a cash loan to help company cash flow.
