Called a lot of people and they just gave a quote over the phone and said the price can change after they look at the work, that's not acceptable. Most not willing to come out to give a quote unless I decided to start work with them. I am not going with anyone that doesn't give me an in-person quote. Dominic actually came out to look at the place and gave me a quote. Angel showed up on the day of work and did a great job. I am glad I found a great carpet repair, definitely calling them for all future work.
