I have sold my home and the carpeted floors on the stairs and second floor had numerous squeaks that the buyer requested for repair. Angel ( owner) showed up on time and proceeded to works his magic. 8 hours later my wife and I were astonished on the quiet sound of our stairs and upstairs floor. Angel also stretched our carpet which wasn’t in the work specs but did it on his own. 95% of the squeaks are gone and Angel explained to me why the other 5% couldn’t be repaired. We took Angel’s business card in case we have any carpet or flooring issues with our new home. I would not hesitate in hiring Angel again.

Angel was prompt and was able to fit us in with short notice. He said that he could make the carpets look presentable but not great due to heavy stains. However, the carpers turned out GREAT! We are very happy with the outcome!

While dusting my chest of drawer two days ago, I knocked over a tray containing bottles of perfumes and nail polish. To my dismay, a bottle of blue polish hit the wall and shattered. OMG!!! I had a significant sized stain on my carpet in the corner. After my attempt to remove the stain failed, I found Dominick’s Carpet Cleaning and Repair. The carpet in my bedrooms had just been replaced in July, so fortunately, I had some excess carpet. Angel with Dominick’s arrived as promised and replaced the damaged carpet. I am very pleased with the result. This will never happen again, but if my family and friends need this type of service, I will definitely recommend Dominick’s. Great job and great customer service. They weren't able to repair the damage. It was not something I did but they were able to write up a review of the damage for my complex to let them know that it wasn't my fault the carpet is discolored in that one area. Here's hoping I get my deposit back when I have to move.

Removed old carpet & padding. Removed tack strip and staples. Cleaned up all materials removed and placed in trash receptacle. Pulled receptacle to front for trash pickup.

Angel called before he arrived. He first stretched 4 areas that had wrinkles, then did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet. He was here for almost 6 hours and worked very hard. We will have him back yearly from now on. He is very personable and professional.
