When I spoke to Angel over the phone he was very knowledgeable, professional, easy to understand and he did not try to upsell me. I am a Realtor and when Angel was stretching the carpet of a vacant condo I have listed for rent, another agent showed it when Angel was finishing. The agent sent me a text saying that the carpet looked great. After the carpet job was complete, Angel text'd me pics.

My carpet required re-stretching. I have bookshelves along a wall that could not be moved off of the carpet. Angel explained how he would resolve the issue and showed me the product he would use. He answered all my questions prior to commencing the work.
