They arrived approximately when they said they would. Diane walked the house with me and discussed what I wanted done. Two of my dogs were there to greet the crew and everyone was fine with that. They got to work immediately. I paid for three hours of cleaning and got three people for one hour. They were like a whirlwind. The dogs and I hid out in another room ans when we came out everything was spic and span. They actually did more than requested. They dusted everything and even washed my large picture window. The bathroom shines and my floors have never been cleaner.

They provided a great service and they are a reputable company. They brought everything with them to clean. I wished I could give them an A+.

The service they do is good. They generally bring their own cleaning supplies. I have recommended them to others, who are also satisfied. They have been working for me for over a year. A couple girls come out and they are very quick in their cleaning to my small home. If I need something special done, like polishing silverware, they will do that too; they take special requests.

The work they do is slightly above average. Sometimes 2-4 cleaners come out, but not always do the same cleaners come out. They come out every other week and the house is clean when they leave. Sometimes there is a language barrier.

They are very nice. They do quick work and they do a good job. They are accommodating if I ever have to have them do anything over.

Diane came round to tell me what she does and give me a quote. So I decided to go ahead and I set up a date & time. On the day, another girl (Crystal) called to say 2 of the crew hadn't shown up for work so she was running late. 1.5 hours after the original appointment time Crystal dropped one girl off and went to get 2 more. So there was one girl working for 45 minutes alone then after Crystal came with the 2 other girls there were 4 girls working altogether for another 45 minutes. After they left, I discovered many things that had not been cleaned (things that Diane had specifically said they do). Some things had been cleaned okay and some things had been cleaned but not properly and some things were missed entirely. I called Diane to let her know I thought the whole thing was pretty hit and miss and she asked me what they hadn't done. I mentioned the top of the fridge, the top of the entertainment cabinet, the tops of the shower heads and a couple of other things. So she said she'd have Crystal come back next week and I can go over with her everything that needs to be done. Since then I've noticed other things - the top of the fan downstairs wasn't touched, the window sills in the dining/living room & above the front door are still dirty, the mantelpiece is still dirty, cobwebs here & there, dirt in the corners on the floors, baseboards here & there still dirty, they cleaned the stove top but the knobs weren't cleaned or the front of the stove if it was cleaned was not cleaned properly, there was still scum in the sink in one bathroom and the floor behind the toilet wasn't cleaned, the tracks of the sliding closet doors in the bedrooms weren't cleaned, the light fixtures were not cleaned in the bathrooms - cobwebs still on the one downstairs, the tops of the curtain rods in the living/dining room weren't touched, the light fixture over the dining room table wasn't cleaned, there's still soap scum in the master bathroom shower and I don't think they cleaned the tile surround in there! I'm still finding things! Maybe if Diane had been here it would have been a different story. I do think she should have come by after they had finished and gone around to check everything especially as I'm a new client. And I don't think I should be the one who has to tell her cleaning crew what they missed and what they should be cleaning - surely as the boss/owner, that's her job. She tried to tell me that everyone's different and some people want this and some that but that's completely irrelevant in this case as the above missed items are things surely everyone wants cleaned when they pay for a professional house cleaning. When they come back and rectify the above I will update this review. Crystal came back and completed the above issues in a professional manner therefore I will be scheduling them again for next month. Will see how it goes then and hopefully will be able to raise my ratings. Yes, this time was completely different! All the things they missed on their first visit were done! Everything looks lovely.

The Traveling Mop gang came in with 4 people and just cleaned like the wind! Bathrooms, dishes, floors, cobwebs, counters...you name it. They were super efficient and the house looked and smelled better than when they came. Diane was very nice and she was right there taking care of stuff herself. I was so happy, I am working with her to setup a recurring appointment. You will not regret calling the team at the Traveling Mop for your housecleaning needs. Not much more to say when the job is done well through and through. :)

This Traveling Mop team cleaned in places that other cleaning crews had never even thought of. They would be my regularly scheduled choice for cleaning, but unfortunately, my hours at school makes it difficult.

They did the job, but I just thought they were a little too expensive. Furthermore, they dropped girls off that do not speak English, so I really couldn't communicate with them because they were only Spanish speaking.
