The Traveling Mop

The manager of the house cleaners cut my time short because she said she had another client to work for that afternoon. She didn't charge me, but I wish she would have told me ahead of time.

It was okay. There were a few things they did not do. It was supposed to be a "heavy cleaning." They did okay. They missed the baseboards and they didn't get some of the cobwebs, and stuff like that. They did clean the refrigerator and they did clean the oven. There were no extra charges. I gave them a C for price because there were a few things they didn't do, that were left out. Their price is good -- as long as they do everything. The quality was good. What they cleaned was clean, the oven and all. I was surprised because the person that actually ran the place, the manager, she had called and made the appointment, then said she wasn't going to be there. I kind of thought she'd follow up, say, "How was everything?" and I'd just say, "Well, they forgot a few things." But, she never called or even followed up. I'm in sales so I always follow up. So I think of those thing. Other than that, everything was fine. It was the first time I ever had anything like that done, so it's not like I have anything to compare it with. They were about an hour late. I probably wouldn't use them again. I am picky, so I have to think of things like that. I had some surgery done so I couldn't clean. I had to have somebody come in. So, probably no, I probably would not use them again. Then again, I ever needed somebody, if I had surgery again and needed someone to clean my house, and I saw them listed, I'd probably say, "Oh, I had them before," and I'd probably call them. Yes, I would. But then I'd probably walk through and say, "Oh, you forgot this. Oh, you forgot that." I wasn't capable at that time to do that.

They were fair. Part of the deal was that they were supposed to do a deep clean and also the refrigerator and oven. And they did not do the refrigerator and oven and the baseboards in the bathroom were dirty but otherwise, they did a good job. They were quick and efficient, but it wasn't as advertised. For what they did clean, they did a good job. They didn't just do as advertised. It was a pretty good value. What they did was probably A work, what they didn't do is F. They did more than they didn't so I'm gonna average enough to give B as in "boy" again. They did delay a couple of times. They came and did their work. They didn't speak English so it's difficult to interact with them. They didn't do anything unprofessional.

I wasn't present for the cleaning, but they did a fantastic job. Everything was cleaned, and I don't think the place looked as good when I moved *in*. Diane went out of her way to collect and return keys while I was at work.

Called me back right away to schedule time. Arrived on time and ready to go. Ladies worked quickly and thoroughly. Diane is a pleasure to work with!

We purchased a home that was in need of a deep cleaning before we could move in. The Traveling Mop was hired to do the job. The deal they offered on Angie's List was a great way to go. It made the entire process easy and streamlined the scheduling. Diane and her crew arrived on time and the work was completed in a very efficient, thorough and professional way. All floor areas were clean, all surfaces shining, all fixtures sparkling, all bathrooms spotless and all drawers and cabinets were immaculate. We were extremely pleased with the result. The Traveling Mop really came through for us. Now we can move in! 

The company was good with working with me on finding a common time that worked out.. The crew was friendly and timely.  They did a good job cleaning the house.  No issues to report.

I contacted Diane on Wednesday, she responded right away and we scheduled for the next day.  She originally gave me a small window when she thought she'd arrive, and on the day of the cleaning, she texted me early to update her arrival and she was there exactly when she said.  She arrived with two other women, they came prepared and were professional.  She charged the agreed upon rate and their work was great, including kitchen appliances.  I highly recommend and would definitely use again.

they were the best...  wow I had three people and the boss clean my house.  It looked brand new when they were done. I told all my friends to hire them.  I cant wait til the house gets messy again so I can have them clean it agan
