Description of Work: Cleaned stove, bathroom, vacuumed and dusted living room and family room and lightly washed tile flooring.

Description of Work: They did not call or come to my house. I spent $199 for nothing.

Description of Work: They cleaned my bamboo floors in the living room, dining room and hallway. They also deep cleaned the tile floor in the kitchen and cleaned the main bath. Two people for one & a half hours.

Description of Work: I purchased their service for move-in cleaning. They showed up in-time, and answered my request within reasonable time, but the quality of their job is not as good as I would like to be. After their cleaning, there were still some residual carpet dust from the earlier installation left behind, some corners were dusty. The tenant still want to hire another cleaner to complete the house cleaning job.

Description of Work: Cleaned blinds, lamp shades, dusted furniture, in master bedroom, vacuumed house, washed floors, did sad job in shower which was not that dirty but needed bleaching in corner and walls and shower door cleaned which was not done. poor job in fridge, just wiped visible areas, did not take shelves out and wash them,. I asked for patio,door grill which was full of dog hair not done. Antique wood furniture dusted, but still left dirty.wood rocking chair in living room ignored and had to call them back to clean it and even then had to point out areas that she was again missing. I feel these 2 girls are not familiar with housecleaning and have had zero training. I feel bad for them as they told me they were expected to clean thoroughly 5 houses a day.

Description of Work: Team of three cleaned kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and some other areas. They were faced with a very dirty and messy house so they were unable to get to all of it but excellent service, response and very kind people. Looking forward to their next visit to help me out !

Description of Work: needed to unclutter the front entrance of home and a guest room. Three women plus a manager showed up and got to work. They did as they were asked. Unfortunately it wasnt as clean as I'd hoped it to be but still better than it was. As I'd had a major fall earlier that week requiring possibility of crutches I had to have the manager come back the next day to help finish the job which she was agreeable to do for another $25.00. bOverall they were very helpful in getting the job done. I must stress that one of the women spoke English while the others spoke Spanish.

Description of Work: I have used The Traveling Mop services for several years and have referred several friends to them. I have them on an every-other-week basis and this works well for me. They will do special jobs when asked. They generally send 3-4 workers so the work is done quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: Housecleaning. There were scheduling issues, and they missed a few spots, but they did an amazing amount of work for the price.

Description of Work: Responsiveness and timeliness were great and they English speaking lady who dropped off the cleaning team was very professional and helpful. She did a good job of communicating any particular requests to the cleaning team. The overall quality of the work left something to be desired however. Given that the house was empty and they did not have to touch the carpets, since I had a separate carpet service coming the next day, I was disappointed to find numerous items missed in their cleaning. Given that this was supposed to be a "detail" cleaning I had expected a little more attention to detail.

Description of Work: On the good side, Diane was able to respond quickly to our need to have a rental condo cleaned. On the bad side, her crew completely missed the bathroom flooring and adjacent area. When I called to make her aware of the situation, she explained that the follow-up floor-cleaning person must have missed that area. No offer was made to come back and take care of the areas missed. Also, the new tenant made me aware that the outside of the air vents had dirt hanging out from them.
