A woman from commercial services helped us because that is where the special ordering takes place which we needed because we wanted vinyl picket fencing. I gave her my yard measurements and chose the style. Everything was ordered, even the brackets and screws. To my surprise, the style I wanted was in stock so I could come back and pick it up later since I came in my car. That evening when we came back to pick up the order, they actually told us they only had 11 out of the 17 picket fences. It was fine we though so they brought them out. All of them were filthy! They were clearly not kept inside and not cared for. Many even had scratches and damage. I dont know why they even brought them out, it was so clear how neglected they were. They said that they should get more during the week so we decided to not take any of those 11 and wait to get all new and not damaged pickets a week later. However, the screws the had ordered for me, they don't even carry anymore. So that had to get refunded. Everything else was loaded up, the posts and post tops and gate kits. One post was missing, so we had to return the next day to pick it up. When we went to pick up the post, we asked them about the situation because it was the morning crew that can do more due to the hours. When we told them the situation, and looked at the information, the and quot;in stockand quot; fencing I got, they don't have according to their inventory AND they don't expect any more. They will not be receiving anymore, unlike what the night crew told us. It was clear the night crew hadn't even bothered to check that info. It was clear who did out ordering didn't check that info either. We have to go in Monday to speak to the woman that did the ordering so she can try to pull some fences from other stores or special order some. We thought this was going to be a easy process because we were getting and quot;in stock and quot; items. We were wrong.
