 + -1 moreThey came up with a floor plan they thought we would like according to our conservation. We then we got the plan we made a couple of recommendations, changes that they were more than happy to accommodate. They began and finished as promised and cleaned up after themselves after each day. Came out beautiful even neatly stacked leftover pavers for us

Description of Work: I would never use JSA again. I got an expensive quote to fix a water valve, plant some vegetation, redo some lighting and lay new rock. I was having a large barrel cactus removed. The guy doing the estimate said that the cactus was worth a lot of money. I said that he could have it and maybe they could trim a little off the estimate. He backtracked and said that the cactus was too large to be removed in one piece and would have to be chopped up to be removed. Well, they removed it in one piece and I guarantee you they sold it at a hefty profit to someone else. There was very little communication between the guy doing the estimate and the people who showed up to do the work. So what was agreed on in the estimate was not done. I told the workers what needed to be done and they looked at me like I had three heads. They did eventually do the job, but it was pretty half-assed. To this day the lights are not working right. I also had issues with the foreman getting back to me in a timely manner. He gave me a sad story about his pending divorce. I didn't care. I just wanted the job that I paid for done right. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. I was also having my kitchen and flooring redone at the same time and, fortunately, those contractors did a much better job

 + -1 moreA gentleman came to scope out our yard one friday afternoon to gather our ideas, take notes, and measurments on a backyard makeover. He was very positive and said he would call us the following monday to schedule a time we can meet and look at his blue prints and discuss estimates. Well.. 2 weeks passed and he never called us. So, I called him and politely asked how everything was going and exressed how excited i was to see what he came up with. He stated he was just working on our water feature design and that he'll call when he's done. Note: he never apologized or explained why he didn't call us back when he said he would. It's been a month and we've received no calls. Don't waste your time on them.
