 + -1 moreContractor gave me a written estimate for granite installation, and i asked him to make some changes, I would be responsiblle for tear out, and we shortened the length of the granite by 3 feet. We verbally agreed that this would reduce the price, but when it came time to collect he demanded the full amount and threatened me with a lien. If you use him make sure that you GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!
