Our Residential Services include: HVAC: Install, replace and maintain condenser unit, heat pump, furnace, compressor, evaporator, blower, condenser fan, cooler, Freon R22 and more. Plumbing: Install, replace and maintain all types of kitchen & bath faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, bath toilets, tub & showers trim kit, value control, shower doors, tub & enclosure, water supplies fittings, Clean out drains by electric and handle snake, solder cooper line, PVC pipes and more Electrical: Install, replace and maintain all types of circuit breakers, fuses, connectors, switches, fixtures, emergency light, exterior lights, telephone wire, cable and more. Pool: Install, replace and maintain all types of water pump, filters, water line, clean and treat pool water and more. Appliances: Install, replace and maintain all types of refrigerators, gas & electric range, micro waves, dishwashers, washer & dryer, range hood and more. Carpentry: Install, replace and maintain all types of cabinets, windows, doors, trim work, remodeling, change out locks and rekey, blinds & curtains. Masonry: Install and replace all types of brick, sidewalks, patios, drive ways, concrete floors and more. Tiling: Install and replace all types of floor & wall tile, glass block and more. Painting/dry wall: Painting exterior and interior, special design, dry wall install and repair, texture and wall paper installation and more. Lands keeping : Irrigation systems, stone work, fountains, yard work. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our charges : We charge $35.00 per hour for labor, plus a one-time travel fee of $15.00. If the job requires more than one technician, an additional $25.00 per hour will be added to our hourly rate. The minimum service charge is one hour. Since we charge less than other companies, we don't prorate. Any additional work after one hour will be charged the full hourly rate. Any additional job requests that have not been previously arranged will incur a separate hourly charge. Time to purchase parts will be included in the hourly rate for labor. The customer will be responsible for the cost of any parts needed to complete the job. Additional travel fees may apply for jobs outside the Tucson Metro area.
