Tanque Verde Construction

Our Landscape Architect recommended Fernando and Tanque Verde Construction to us. Fernando came to view our challenging patio problem the next day after we contacted him. He gave us good suggestions that enabled us to quickly arrive a final design solution. He submitted his bid for the work very quickly (probably with 24 hrs, or maybe 48 hours, I cannot remember). We did our due diligence and confirmed that his pricing was fair - it was. He was marginally higher than another bid form an excellent contractor, but I think that was only because he had to cover a hefty referral fee from the Landscape Architect. Without that, he'd probably have been less expensive. We felt confident that Fernando would do a good job so we hired him.... We were right to hire him. It went quick and smoothly, and the end result is perfect. We were anxious to complete the hardscape work because there was a big re-landscaping job to follow and we wanted to get it done soon. Even though Tanque Verde Construction had a full pipeline of work, they juggled their schedule so they could start right away on our job. they sent a big crew so the work was completed very quickly. The crew was courteous, friendly and very professional. I could tell they have worked together a long time - their teamwork as excellent. They produced a very high quality finished work in record time! It is worth noting that we asked for a change to the plan mid-way through. They adapted to that change without any trouble at all. In sum, they were quick, easy to work with and they produced an excellent new hardscape for us!
