It was good. They're very friendly. They have the option to give you the MyLowe's account where in case you lose a receipt, they can always look you up. I really like that service. Their pricing depends in what you buy. I think they sell good quality stuff. Their customer service is good. I've never had issues with them. They're pretty professional.

The job went great. The guys were good too. They finished in one day, it was the day that they came.

They were excellent. Omar Saavedra was excellent. He installed 3 exterior doors. We have an adobe house so things were very irregular. He is very good. He knew what he was doing. He would explain to me what was going on. They are beautiful. He was on time. He let me know when he was going to be here. He came prepared.

They are a really good company and my experience with them was good. I had no problems with them and they even called ahead of time to make sure that the day was ok and that I was at home. They delivered the appliances with no fuss or problems. I prefer them to other places because when I go in I can always find someone there to help me especially since I am a woman and do not often know what I am really looking for since I would just have a problem that needed to be solved. They always have someone there who is an expert in their department. If the person I get to talk to is not the one then he will get me the right one that is experienced in that department. They are also less expensive than other places.

I have to wait on line some times and for people to help me in the store. But they do go out of their way to help you when it comes to parking lot service. They carry everything for you and put it into your car. They are a little pricey but you can look for deals there.

STC called and arrange measurement and installation promptly. Very thorough measurement. Installation took longer than expected because of a "glitch" in fabrication, but installers did an excellent job of remedying the situation. Very friendly, professional, and clean. Would love to have them do more if finances permit!
