Iarrived on time and they stared within 10 minutes....all work appears to be correct and as I expected

In January 2017, I contacted Hardin Brothers because my car overheated. They told me to bring it in right away so I would not get stranded. The water pump was leaking. They fixed it. I discussed a slow oil leak with them and they worked with me trying to isolate the problem. I had to see them several times before it could be determined where the leak was, but they got me in right away and eventually determined where the leak was. During these times I had several opportunites to visit with other customers, all of whom were happy with the services provided and their treatment by Hardin Brothers. I agree with theses customers and will continue to use Hardin Brothers.

I spent $56. It took maybe an hour to complete the job and I got a checklist sheet indicating things they inspected and we reviewed some of the safety issues and I didn't have any safety issues. They also let me know of other services that they could provide if need be.

Awesome....excellent customer service and knowledge....they even drop you off and pick you up at home.

They have done a lot of work for us recently. We have always had a great experience, and they are great company. They are very knowledgeably, and prompt in getting it done.

I have a 2005 Lexus LS 430 with 107500 miles. Hardins have maintained this car since I purchased it. There work is always the same....fair and honest. A family run business that seems to take great pride in quality workmanship, and courteous customer care. If you live in the Saddlebrooke area, you have a gem of a provider for virtually all automotive needs. If you want the best service, you have to pay for it. I've found over the years that their pricing competes with any dealer, and all their techs. are certified. They maintain the latest service equipment, and have access to any cars maintenance requirements. Such a deal.....!!

My son's car broke down while we were out of town.  I used Angie's List to find an automotive repair shop close to home ( we are new in town).  The car was towed to Hardin Bros.  The mechanic was knowledgeable and although he was unable to fix the car, he explained what needed to be done.

They service both my vehicles. They are an excellent and honest company. The service is exemplary and reliable.  They offered to bring my home if the service is going to take an extensive amount of time

Called and was able to get car in the same day as clutch was almost unusable.  David explained exactly what he thought the problem was and said he'd need to order parts.  Car was ready later that afternoon in great shape.  Old parts were available for inspection.  I've used Hardin for several years and find them to have excellent mechanics and perform excellent work.  They are not the least expensive around, but their price is worth paying to deal with a courteous and competent repair service that will not try to do work that is not necessary.  Highly recommended.

Hardin Brothers were very nice and professional.  You deal with the owner of the company directly.  They got my car in very quickly and returned it on time as promised.  I would recommend them to anyone else looking for car repair.

The appointment went excellent as always. The mechanics there are so professional and friendly, not to mention skilled. They never try to push unneeded parts or services on you, and are just good honest people.

They're really good and I would recommend them to anyone. With the quality of work you get, they price reasonable compared with others. They have good mechanics and they also have a courtesy vehicle.

I'm very mechanically inclined and do most of my service on my vehicles.  This one, my 1997 Tahoe with 197,000 miles is my baby.  I know pretty much every nut & bolt in it.  For repairs that are out of my realm, such as servicing the A/C, as was needed this time, I would use an excellent mechanic down in Tucson (Dennis @ Desert Sun, 2900 N. Stone--HIGHLY recommend).  Since I live in Catalina and have found getting down to Desert Sun is a pain, I began looking for a closer, equally reputable mechanic.
I'd seen Hardin Bros. shop over the past 6 years I've lived in Catalina as I drove on Oracle Road, but never used them and never knew anyone who did.  Then a month or so ago I read an article about the shop in the Northwest Explorer.  Very positive spin and the specific selling point for me was the great number of folks from Saddlebrook who apparently used them--now, no offense, but I'd say if someone did someone wrong in that VERY tight community, word would travel like wildfire and that shop would not see the business / repeat business it does.  No I don't live there.....just nearby and know folks who do.
I called and spoke with them and dropped off the Tahoe Sunday evening with keys in the drop box.  They called me on Monday morning with an assessment and estimate and received my go-ahead.  David advised it "might" be done by 5 but didn't want to committ to it....perfectly understandable.   At around 5:15 called me and told me it would not be ready that evening as the mechanic, while done with the repairs, wanted to start and run it on Tuesday a.m. to ensure all was well.  No problem.   Got the call "it's ready" around 9 Tuesday and their very courteous courtesy driver, Emily, picked me up and brought me in to the shop.  
David was thorough in his explanation of the work and the costs.  They all, David and Charles, and of course Emily, were pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.   While I'm sad that Dennis down in Tucson won't get my business again, due solely to distance issues, I'm definitely going to be returning to Hardin Bros. as the need arises and will recommend them to anyone. 

The shop received a faulty AC compressor from their suppliers and failed shortly after installation.  The faulty part was replaced in addition to all of the other working pieces in order to assure no metal contamination occurred. 
The truck was fixed to my satisfaction with no grumbling on their part.   Great people to do business with.

I thought there was a lot of work that needed to be done with my car.  I mentioned to them my concerns.  They did an inspection and assured me that I didn't need the compressor and they just needed to tighten up a couple things and replaced the surpenteen belt.  I really appreicated their honesty as they could have sold me much more than what I needed.  I've taken several vehicles there and recommended them to others.  I trust their opinion and know they won't take advantage of me.
