Today completed a two day installation of 13 windows in my home. From initiating the order to install took just under six weeks, which we were ecstatic about. The installation by Brandon and Steve was flawless. The guys did an excellent job and the windows look fantastic. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. The install was particularly difficult as they were removing steel case windows with the fin buried under stucco. Brandon and Steve managed to take every window out intact, per our request. I would recommend Renewal by Andersen to any friend or family member looking for new doors or windows, and would recommend they request Brandon & Steve as their install crew.

He took time out of his day to meet with us and guide us to the best possible selection for our home.

Good, but confusion when I had the second set of windows done. Original sales person had moved into another position and they wanted to have him follow up which caused confusion as he didn't do that type of work any longer. Also on the first set of windows they replaced 2 large sliding glass doors and they only sent one person which was not enough and had to make the job into a 2 day job instead of 1.

Great, the workers were courteous & professional. The did a great job cleaning up and rehanging blinds. The windows are lovely & well installed. No more air leaking in or out.

Had two people come out to measure. Windows still not measured right. Ordered new windows not sure when they will arrive. They were apologetic but you definitely don't get what you paid for. It's not worth the price they charge.

I am very happy with every stage of the process of getting my windows replaced by Renewal by Anderson. The installers were on time, kept all of the areas clean, and made sure the windows worked perfectly. If I need to replace any more Renewal will be the first ones that call.

Agent came out to look at existing windows and patio door to measure. Demonstrated the Anderson windows and they ARE top notch. She was here 3.5 hours and gave us a quote of $75,000 to replace the windows in an 1,800 square foot house. Was told if we allowed them to put signs on our property during installation the price would be $60,000. I almost fell out of my chair. So I escorted her out of the house and laughed. Two weeks go by and I get a call from Anderson asking what I thought of the price. I told them "they were out of their minds". They said if I allow a manger to come by the house, they have a different series of windows that wasn't shown to us the first time. That was less expensive. I told them we were no longer interested. I don't know how these folks stay in business..

I waited a few months after my appointment before writing a review so that I could adequately comment on my end to end experience. I had all of my windows replaced in October 2016. The initial sales conversation lasted many hours, but he didn't waste my time. He took a lot of pictures of my existing windows, inspected the existing windows inside and out. He offered ideas for the best style of window use (for example, we replaced a bathroom window with one that uses obscure glass so we get the light in without needing a window covering). He did talk prices and I felt that he showed the "regular price" vs. "special price". This practice is no different with ANY business. Walk into a Kohl's store and look at a shirt. It will tell you the shirt is regularly $30, on sale for $12.99. Same concept...make the price look like a deal. Here's the important part...I moved into a brand new house many years ago, and after about 8 years, the vinyl windows were warping/cracking. The house I'm currently in is about 15 years old and those vinyl windows were falling apart. Nowhere were there any warranties or promises from the home builder or window supplier that the windows would last, or that they would be replaced with normal weather issues. Now consider Anderson...even if I break the **** window myself...they will come out and fix it. Honestly, I had to make a decision...pay less for new vinyl windows now and have to replace them again when I'm in my 50's, or pay more now while I have a decent income and have peace of mind that I won't need to spend my retirement money on another set. So I went with Anderson and their lender, Green Sky. Yes, Green Sky immediately charged me, and I had to start paying even before the windows were installed. I knew about this up front because my sales person told me what to expect. You only have to pay the interest amount until the work is completed. It was very clear that I had a short window in which to change my mind before the charges would be made, making it impossible to reverse. Calm down, read what you sign, listen to what people tell you, and there will be no surprises. Anderson came out as promised for the final measurement and the installation. The installation took about two days (12 windows and a slider on a single story home). The guys who came out were very young (which worried me at first), but they were professional, nice, and worked quickly. They didn't waste any time and didn't bother me at all (I was working from home on the installation days). One of the screens was damaged in shipping. Anderson ordered a replacement and they came out and installed it as soon as it arrived. Quick and easy. Now for the results: My windows are AWESOME. Two of my bedrooms get direct sunlight in the morning. With the old windows, those rooms would be hot even during the winter. No longer. Standing next to the window, you feel the sunlight, but no other heat coming in from the outside. My gas bill is about $20 less per month through this winter. My electric bill was $50 less the first month I had the windows (and I only had them for a couple of weeks into the billing cycle. During winter, the electric bill has averaged about $15 less per month. I'll try to come back this summer and update any cost savings during the hot Tucson summer. My favorite thing so far? The dust...or lack thereof. Before having my windows replaced by Anderson, I had to change my air filters every couple of months. It's March. My current filters were put up on December 1. I purchased new ones and went to remove the old filters and they were COMPLETELY CLEAN. I'm talking...the filters that had been there for the coldest parts of the winter looked brand new! No dust, nothing. The only thing different in my world are my windows, so I'm giving the credit to Anderson for the dust reduction (and saving me the cost of replacing filters so often). Here's a comment from my next door neighbor (who happens to be on the HOA board): "Those new windows look like they came with the house. You can't even tell that you had them replaced! They look great!" If the HOA board member says that, it must be true. My only issue: When some of the caulking dried, it cracked a bit and I noticed that it lets in a little air. Why this is MY issue and not Anderson's issue: I haven't reported this to them (until now) because I just haven't had time and it's not that big of a deal. I'm sure they will come out and fix the caulk once I tell them about it. Overall, I had a great experience from beginning to end and I now have windows that will hopefully outlast me.

Excellent! Brandon and Chris were on time, professional, efficient and cleaned up any mess that they made. We were very pleased with the results and happy to have our new windows.

I made my appointment with Renewal by Andersen and when I received the call to confirm I was asked if my husband would be home. I stated that he wouldn't and they said they wanted both decision makers to be home. I explained that in relation to our home I am the sole decision maker and explained when the appointment was made I already explained this and it was fine. Karen, I believe her name was, explained that must have been said by corporate but that apparently in Tucson this is not the case. Really? It's 2016 and I have to have my husband home or you won't meet with me and give me a quote? I told them they could either honor their appointment or lose a customer. They didn't show today so I'm left to discern that this is how they treat women. My husband asked me if I wanted him to write me a note. I told him are you kidding me? I don't need a note to conduct business. I'm a homeowner and this place has lost my business. I will be reporting them to corporate as well as the Better Business Bureau for discriminatory practices as well as telling everyone I know about this experience. Tucson in many ways is still a small town and word travels fast. Renewal by Andersen in this day and age you should be ashamed of yourselves.

It went great. The installers were kind, efficient, knowledgeable and diligent. It took two days and they made sure everything was clean and the least intrusive as possible. They were kind to my dogs and very professional. When it is time to replace my front door, I will be calling them.

This was a very large, highly customized installation on the second story of our home. The salesman was thorough and explained the product and process very thoroughly. He was not high pressured at all and was very confident in the performance and quality of the product he was selling. A tech came to take measurements and it seemed not too much later, the windows were ready. The installers, Steven and Earl, handled everything so well. It was challenging to get the new windows up to the second level as well as actually getting them installed due to their very large size. Steven and Earl were great problem solvers and did such a good job. They were always prompt, put in very long days, cleaned everything up when finished and always pleasant and courteous. I was curious to see if the new windows would cut the intense heat from the rooms - and they have! Renewal by Anderson makes a state-of-the-art high quality product that is a joy to have. The doors operate smoothly and lock securely. They are aesthetically lovely and add beauty to the home. I would highly recommend this product! Mary Jo B

The initial dickering over price is kind of annoying, but if you know what you want to pay you can often get them close to that price the initial go around, and you don't have to have someone come out a million times to haggle over price. Install is always smooth, and they do a great job. I look forward to having them do my french doors in a year or two. The product is beautiful, works great, and I have seen a significant decrease in my energy bills since having the first set of windows installed. I look forward to my bills decreasing again.

Representative was rude on the phone, simply trying to schedule to get an estimate. They refused to come out unless "all owners" were on site. This has all the signs of a high pressure sales tactic. Used another company

Our project with Renewal by Andersen was quit smooth. Michelle was great at showing us various products and helping us decide which one best fit our needs. In the beginning there was a delay with the door coming in, but once it got here everything else went smoothly. Brandon and Charles arrived in the time frame that was appointed and went to work. They left a clean work area - after each step - there was a clean up! If our walls hadn't been out of whack, it would have taken them no time at all to install the door. They were able to get the door plumb so it swings as it should! All aspects of the job were done with utmost professionalism.

Fast, clean and professional! Love these guys. Can't wait to get the doors done.

Extremely well! The painters just left. Mark & Scott did an outstanding job! All new stucco was painted. These guys were like a well oiled machine. Mark did the masking and Scott did the painting. They were done in no time and even touched up some interior paint around one of the sliders. Couldn't be happier!

They are professional from the get-go. The order was placed and measured. Then a second person came out to re-measure, making sure the windows fit perfectly. Brian and Zach came out to install yesterday. Another person stopped today to check on the installation and set up an appt. for the stucco repair. They are coming next week. As with the first set of windows, we expect that a week or so after the stucco is done, they will return to paint. We are half-way thought replacing all the windows in the house and can't wait until they are done!

Extremely well. Ron Kelly was an excellent and knowledgeable salesperson; the demolition/installation crew of Steven/Earl/Chris did an outstanding job. They removed and installed 10 windows in one day and the two sliding glass doors in one day. They were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves, they were very friendly and did fantastic work.

Martin Martinez was the salesperson who initially gave me his presentation. This took several hours but was extremely informational in comparing the quality of various high end windows to Andersen windows. I was totally sold after his demonstration. The installation of all my windows and sliding door took 1 1/2 days. There were a few minor glitches with proper measurements of my sliding doors but Josh and Dylan were able to trouble shoot to solve the problems in which my sliding door fit perfectly in the end. These fellows were so polite and meticulous with their work and always made sure that I had all input whenever there was a question about style questions. I am so thrilled with the work these guys did and the quality of the finished product. I'm still waiting for the stucco guy to complete work on the outside so I can't review this work which will be as important as people will see their work on the outside of my home. So thrilled that my AC is working so much more efficiently throughout my house. I put my hand on the glass where the sun used to blaze the glass on the East and West side windows and now the heavenly Andersen glass is "Cool as a cucumber". Totally thrilled customer!!

This company was amazing. Right from the first day when I spoke with the salesperson - the well-educated, happy friendly man came to my home and explained every minute detail as well as provided demonstration and product showing and thoroughly discussed pricing and the order of the events which would occur. With complete understanding in place; I made a contract for the work after choosing my personal preferred product. Every step thereafter was timely, well-planned; carried out in the exact manner that was described to me. Best of all...each and every team who came to my home on time on their scheduled days was courteous, happy, friendly, knowledgeable. They knew their jobs inside out and did them with no further ado, to perfection, and with care and concern for my property, personal time, and the cleanliness of the areas in which they worked. All of them - exactly the same work ethic!!! Martin - the salesman Rick Wiley - the technician Sergio and his team - the installers Chris Norris - and the stucco team AND Scott and Mark - the paint team Hats off to each and every one of you!!! Hats off to this company and the General Manager - Mr. John Pool; and to the ladies Audie and Kathy who courteously and patiently answered my hundreds of questions for the entire time period of this project!

We have now had ALL of our windows replaced by Renewal by Anderson, From the measurements to the fitting of the glass to the finishing of the stucco and cleanup everything was first rate. The impact of the new windows was immediate, and our electric bill has dropped by a third. Although expensive, the quality and workmanship, as well as the friendliness and competence of the staff made it well worth the price.
