Every single promise Andersen made when the sales person came over to our home was done EXACTLY as it was promised. Every tradesman that came to the house was THE BEST I HAVE SEEN IN YEARS. These last two Brian and Zack noticed that the lock on the sliding door was hard to latch and after analyzing the problem found the door had developed a warp in shipping. Immediately they told us they would order a completely new door to replace the one that had warped. The high standard that Andersen has set here in Arizona is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Every trade was done by extremely competent tradesmen and all loved their job and their employer......It's hard to find that now a days. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for all Glass openings in your home to make your home quieter and more energy efficient. As far as our experience goes I would give them an A++++++++++++ By the way, their lifetime warrantee is transferable to the new owner of the home if you sell it which is a nice bonus..........

The Renewal crew Stephen Clemmons and his sidekick were outstanding they took the time to stop work and explain and answer question we had at different times,. They kept us informed of problems and /or suggestions we had. The would take the time to keep us informed as they were there for at least 8 hours, and I felt did a outstanding job.

We first found out about Renewal by Anderson by a door salesman. Now, normally we find door sales to be annoying (no one wants someone interrupting the privacy of their home and asking them to buy a product), but this was actually great (and possibly purposeful) timing. Our 80 pound Husky had jumped up on our couch the previous week and accidentally fallen through our window, shattering the glass and stabbing himself with a shard in his chest. Fortunately, we took him to the emergency vet, the shard missed all major organs and arteries, he had surgery to put a tube in for drainage and we are happy to report he is all healed and a little bit more scared of windows! But at the time we had plywood up to cover the broken window, and had extreme anxiety about our big dogs hurting themselves again. When the door-to-door salesman came knocking, we set up an appointment to have a demonstration and a discussion about pricing to get the window replaced. Our house was built in 1976, and still had the origin single-pane windows (which is dangerous). For our first appointment, we met with an amazing salesman Martin Martinez. He brought in a sample window that really caught out attention, talked about increasing the value of our home, the benefits and safety of their windows, and just generally discussed our options. His sense of humor really sold us, and though we turned him down the first time due to how long it was expected to take to get the window, we called him up a week later to have him sign us up for all four of our windows. He is an extremely respectful and very convincing salesman! Our window orders were put in the last week of December, and it only took 5 weeks to get them in and installed (they ask for a maximum of 13 weeks waiting, so we were extremely happy about this). Our installation team consisted of Steve B. and Brodie S, two very well-dressed, respectful, and professional workers. They worked around our 10 cats and 6 dogs, treated our home and belongings with care, and installed all four windows beautifully in about half a day. We are very grateful to have such a considerate and kind installation team! The windows themselves are beautiful, solid, and we no longer have to worry about losing one of our animals if they go through the grass! We also live right next to a busy street (and near train tracks), and the silence in the house is so comfortable and deafening! We no longer have to listen to cars driving past at all hours of the day and night. We are extremely satisfied with the windows, and would recommend them to anyone looking for safe and beautiful windows that will add to the value of their home! I absolutely love my new windows! Josh and Mark were fabulous! Very courteous, respectful, professional and efficient. My sliding door is next and I will for sure be requesting them to do my install.

Installation crew of Robby and Trent were very respectful of our landscaping and house during installation. They answered questions thoroughly. I couldn't be happier with the windows and the installation experience. As contractors go, it was a job well done in a timely and professional manner.

I am so happy with the windows that Robby, Trent & Logan have put in already. They even went the extra mile to repair & texture all the drywall around the widows. I have five more to have installed and I cant wait for Robby's team to come back and knock it out of the park once again.

The process went extremely well! We had the two windows replaced in early January 2018. The two employees who did the work were Steve B and Brodie - they were very friendly and professional. The did an excellent job removing the windows and then installing the new ones. The quality of the windows is "top notch" and the installation work was great! Steve and Brodie made sure every thing was neat and clean and nothing out of place. Good Job!!!

The installers, Ryan and Jose, were super professionals, our windows are excellent!!! they did a very neat job and they cleaned the work areas thoroughly. Super glad with their job!!!

It went very well. Doug the sales representative came to my home and was very helpful with informing my wife and I about there products. It took about 2 weeks for the windows to be made and the windows were installed in about 10 hours very fast in my eyes. The Installation crew was two gentlemen Stephen and Brodie they were great. They respected my request to do the bedroom first since my wife works overnight and was quite enough for her to sleep. I am impressed at how it has changed the temperature in my home and my utility bills have gone down. I am also getting compliments from my family and neighbors were also impressed. I will be useing Renewal by Andersen again to replace my doors and last 2 windows in the future.
