We were blessed with them being assigned to our window installation at our home. They had to replace our old single pane arched windows with new double pane Renewal by Andersen heavy-duty awesomely constructed arched windows. Not an easy or simple installation project. Robby and Logan were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, skilled craftsmen with attention to detail. No detail was too small for them to take care of! They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were 110% satisfied with the installation. In fact, they were so meticulous and conscientious at their job that they would work into the evening hours with no complaints. Further, before calling it a day, they would find the time to pick-up and clean after a long day's work. They were truly amazing! Would we recommend them for your window installation in your existing home or new construction? Absolutely, without any doubt! They are two very skilled individuals with excellent work ethics. Ryan and Jose showed up on time with a great attitude and were both ready to get to work. We had everything ready for them and they installed three windows and a sliding glass door for us. I enjoyed watching them both do their work and they were not bothered by me hanging around them. They did GREAT work and were constantly cleaning up as they went. Although the job was a bit on the high side as far as price, I think we got our money’s worth. From the sales job presented by Alex, the continuing calls informing us about the progress on the delivery of the windows from Jimmica and the great job of removing the old and installing the new by Ryan and Jose this could not have been a better experience! Thanks to all!!

Josh and Manny were both friendly and professional. They knew their business and always had time to answer questions and explain how to open the windows and care for them. Upon inspection they discovered one window had a flaw which does not affect how it seals but will result in a new window being installed. We would likely never have known about it if they had not pointed it out and reported it. We feel we can trust the company and them.

Installers were excellent--Andrew and Sean. They were efficient, hardworking, neat and respectful of us and our property. They explained exactly what they were doing and kept us apprised of their progress. They are a great team!

Anderson Replacement finished installation of our 4 sliders,6 atrium windows,and 1 normal bedroom window Nov 28th with the stucco repairs being the last thing done. Josh and Charles who did the installation were very professional and courteous.Their workmanship was excellent and they made every effort to minimize the mess from dust-cleaning up after themselves. Wow, what service. Manny, Brandon and Adam showed up on time and were extremely professional throughout the process of removal and installation. Cleaned up all their mess and then explained in detail how the windows operate. I give the crew 5 Stars. Love the new windows, what a difference. I would highly recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone who is looking to replace their old Aluminum & Vinyl windows.

Wonderful experience. Robbie and Logan were our installers. Arrived on time and ready to work. Became obvious that Robbie was a perfectionist as he began covering everything including carpet, furniture and pictures that were anywhere near the work area. Then the work began. I build furniture for a hobby and kind of a perfectionist. When Robbie started work I met a real perfectionist. I watched him align and square the doors with a zero tolerance. Then the caulking and sealing began. Perfection again. Now the work ethic. It took nearly 12 hours to install the doors and restore the work area to its original condition, No complaining just getting the job done to the highest standard possible.

It went great. Robby, the person in charge, was incredibly detailed oriented which we really appreciated. Everything was done above what was expected! Adam, Phillip and Logan were great at getting all their respective jobs done perfectly. The price for the door was not cheap but we love it and with a life-time warranty on everything, it is definitely worth it!

This was the second job Sean and Andrew completed for me. Both projects were conducted more professionally, on time and respectfully than any work I've had done in Tucson. They explained every step of the process clearly and answered all our questions. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. I have one more phase of replacement windows to go and will definitely complete this project with Renewal. Price is a little higher than some but the warranty is superior and the customer service is phenomenal. Kudos to a top notch company.

My wife and i just had our old master bedroom slider windows replaced with double-hung by Andersen and she is thrilled! The installation crew of Andrew and Adam arrived exactly on time, kept us in the loop all throughout the process and finished earlier than we anticipated. They kept all of our bedroom furniture protected, and their clean up was spotless! I was impressed with their efficiency and quality, and would recommend them without hesitation.
