This is a father son team, Doug and David. I was exceptionally impressed with their professionalism and attitude. They gave us a quote to recoat and seal our roof and gave us a start and completion date for the project. They included a transferable written warranty for the job. I agreed to their price and on the date agreed (5 weeks out) they arrived on site. The roof project had a problem with my solar tubing (pool) leaking on the roof and they came back at least 4 times to repair the leak even though it was not clear what caused the leak. Overall, in the five years that we have lived in our home, Doug and his son have been head and shoulders above any contractors that we have dealt with. All in all a very positive experience. The work and price seemed to be very good. He was prompt and courteous. My complaint is that he didn't clean up when he was done! He repaired the ceiling in my garage, which I checked before he left. Unfortunately, I only looked UP at the ceiling and didn't notice the dust and globs of mud/plaster on the floor, the trash bins, boxes, lawnmower, etc.until later. If you hire him, make sure he cleans up the mess!
