They are responsive, professional and do quality work.

They send out two people on a rotation. Some are better than others, but on the whole they are very good. They are great. They are always on time and very professional.

Maureen's cleaning is absolutely excellent. I have a special contract with them. She doesn't do cleaning the bathroom other than the floors. I have wooden blinds in all my rooms so she clean blinds. They do absolutely amazing work. They have a crew of five so two of them come. I have a very unusual contract because I required double mopping. For every room, they know what they were supposed to do. They never miss anything and everything is always polished up. They take a flashlight to look under the beds to be sure that the beds are really clean under them. They are all very professional people and I would be proud to have any of them as employees. They are very good.

She did a good job. She was punctual and she did what she said she was going to do.

After Robin and Shawn arrived they took a tour of our house since it was their first time here. They started in the master bedroom and then moved throughout the house. They dusted everything from the ceiling fans to the nicks and crannies around all our funiture. They did a superb job cleaning the kitchen as well. Overall they were in the home for 2.5 hours and did a wonderful job. Will be sure to use them again.

We have used them for housecleaning for a long time now and we are very happy with them. The owner, Cindy, is always available to discuss anything regarding your house cleaning. I really like how they will do so many different types of things...such as cleaning windows, cleaning the filters for the furnace/air conditioner or whatever you request them to do! I feel so lucky to have them and I highly recommend them. I really like Cindy's philosophy on how she treats her staff. I found out they get bonuses if a customer writes a note complimenting them on their service. I found this out accidentally...so now, as long as the work that was done was good, I always leave a note with the tip that I leave them. None of the employees ever asked us to do this or even told us that this was done. I appreciate that Cindy gives incentives for doing a good job as I think that is so much more effective!. They seem to be very good. They show up on time. They call and let me know when to expect them. They always have someone that has been in my house before. So it's not new people. They work in teams of two which I like because they finish the job quicker than just one person doing it. I think they do a very good job. Since they also cleaned the patio chairs, it was a little more expensive than what I would never even pay for. I will use them again in the future.

They have maintained the same high quality of service throughout the more than 2 years I have used them - other services I have used start well but get more and more lackadaisical as time goes on.

They are thorough and overall keep my house clean and looking nice.

.I have used Maureeen's Housecleaning for probably 10 years.That should say it all. Cindi, the owner, is the best and most often she comes to my house. They are willing to do the things I can't like replace light bulbs in the very high ceilings, move heavy things.I don't need my toilet paper folded fancy, towels hung in a certain way or even the trash emptied. I want them to do the things I can't do and that is what they do. There is also a list of tasks to be done on a rotating basis.I am very pleased.

They need a nomination because they were excellent. I was quite pleased with them. They just went above and beyond. I will use their services again in the future.

I found Maureen's on Angies List and have been using them since October 2009. They come once every other week. Previously I have used other services - most started out well but gradually the job they did was less and less satisfactory. The last one wasn't even good at the start! Maureen's has maintained the quality of service this whole time. When I fired the service that didn't even start well I had 3 companies come give me estimates. The other 2 promptly quoted $80 per clean - which is what I had been paying. The woman from Maureen's asked lots of questions, took notes, and then said she would have to work up the quote and get back to me. She called me in about a day with a quote of $130.50 per clean. I figured that I'd tried the cheaper ones and never really been happy for long so I thought I'd try the more expensive service. Since I am still happy after 14 months I'd say that it's worth it. My house is about 2,000 square feet and involves vacuuming stairs. January 2011 Update - I am still very impressed with the job they are doing each time. I have found that it has been worth the extra money.

I have been completely pleased with the service provided by Maureen's Housecleaning, especially when the owner, Cindi, actually does the work (most of the time). Another employee, Maria, has been with the company for a long time and does an excellent job. There have been a few times I was disappointed with new employees. Cindi keeps track and does specific extra jobs on a rotating schedule in my house.

They came in and did exactly what I asked them to do. They did a good job. They came when they told me they were going to come. Two of them came, worked diligently and got everything done that was necessary. We enjoyed it and we have a nice and clean house now. There price was competitive.

We've been using Maureen's for several years, after recommendation from a friend. They come every 2 weeks (but you can arrange a different schedule) and clean our house. The crews vary, but there are generally 3 people. They bring all their own equipment and take it with them when they go. The quality varies a bit with the crew. Some individuals are more thorough than others. But the house is always clean when they leave; sometimes it's just super-clean. We leave a note with our check, saying what we want done. They usually leave a note when they are finished, saying what they did. The only times we've had any issues are when a ceiling fan blade was broken as a duster lost her balance on the stepstool and grabbed hold of it, and when a picture was knocked off the wall. I've done more damage to my house just walking around in it. I would definitely recommend Maureen's. In fact, I have--my mom, who also lives in Tucson, has now used them for a couple of years with no complaints.

They did a great job! There were 3 women here for 4 hours. They cleaned every inch of my house, from things I couldn't get clean to taking a toothbrush to clean my toaster.

Very well, Cindy communicated very well and worked with my schedule, she went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly.

Cindy was very professional and explained that her business not only cleans but also maintains the house. I am so very impressed with the work that was done. They go above and beyond! They even clean the light bulbs! I recommend this service without hesitation. I previously had a housekeeping service and they do not begin to compare with this service!

The crew that comes out is very flexible, responsible and trustworthy.

They did an incredible job. I liked the fact that they clean everything with products that have no toxic chemicals and the quality is great. They cleaned everything properly and in detail. They charged me $190 once and $150 the other time, mainly because of the carpet cleaning.

Excellent! I have never had an experience with a cleaning company that has impressed me more in a positive and wonderful way than this company and the women who came to our home. They worked hard and knew what to do and how to do it. They were as respectful and careful with our home and all our contents than we could have ever imagined. My whole home was spit spot fantastic! I had been paying a local woman 150 base for cleaning my home and thought it was a good job, but will never ever leave Maureen's! Awesome and wonderful. just a terrific company and an excellent crew to boot! Our home shines and is comfortable. I was so impressed that I gave each woman a $25.00 tip and would gladly have them into our home again!!! The proof of the pudding is that even with a higher first time cleaning and the travel charge as we are outside of Tucson proper, the value was EXCELLENT! I got what I paid for and MORE!

I THOUGHT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE CARPETS LOOKED BEAUTIFUL. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED COMPARED TO WHEN I HAD THE LAST COMPANY CLEAN MY CARPET. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
