I actually got a report, and it was like a $450 report. Something like that. And so the comprehensive evaluation of my house weren't settling and all that. The guy was so nice, I mean it's a very expensive service and I don't have the money for it. He was willing to work with me on that. He seemed very eager to get the project moving, but I had a little bit of a concern with the first report that he gave me, because he didn't assessed the - I don't know how to describe it - we're in a house that the weight was falling, like with the walls that were the critical walls that hold the structure of the house. And so the second time he came and I had him look in my attic. So I felt like I had to give him some information - he wasn't asking for the right information. We did the bid and realized that the weight bearing walls that he assumed were requiring support, it didn't need support. So I guess what I'm saying is, even I am paying like $450 dollars for a report, I felt like I had to lead the way. It is fine, it's just that those are enquiries you ask the owner the first time you come out. He was willing to work with me on that and the second report, I think, reflected more accurately the problem. I want to find some other people. I want some other quotes, to see what other people can offer me in their price range, because I really feel like it was an extraordinary amount of money that he was asking for us.

Mr. Ryan Tracey spoke with me at length about instructions and options for any possible repairs. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. I ended up not needing to hire them, based on the advice and instructions that he gave.

They fixed the crack, did a fabulous job. The workers were very polite and I was extremely satisfied with their work.

Overall we were satisfied with the work. We would use them again in the future if needed.

There are new cracks in the wall where the foundation was repaired, but we were told to expect that. They worked for two days on the repair. When they were done, you could not even tell that they had been there. They did an excellent job making everything just right before they finished.

We recently purchased a new home. As part of our inspection report, we were made aware of erosion under the house that threatened our foundation. Lee Tennyson was the first person I got on the phone and he happened to be in the area and offered to come right over for an estimate even though it was a day off for him. After inspecting our problem, he said that he could fix it for us or, if we chose, we could fix it ourselves and he would tell us how. He then proceeded to give us detailed instruction on how to re-create the support that our foundation needed and how to fix the drainage issues that had caused the erosion in the first place. We were very impressed with Lee's willingness to put himself in our shoes and offer us a great solution rather than just sock it to us with a bill for an easy DIY project. It's great to run into service professionals who are honest and willing to be helpful. It turns out that our issue was in the early stages and only needed an easy fix, but he's earned our first call and referrals for future projects. Thanks Lee.
