Description of Work: The man who came from BK was very thorough and explained each thing he did. Some were very minor adjustments, which he explained carefully. The leaky bathroom faucet he fixed, without adding to the cost of the visit, because it was a fairly uncomplicated and quick fix. He also explained what we would need to do to "fix" our garbage disposal unit and gave us a quote for future reference. I did find one of the faucets he worked with wa a bit "wobbly" later, and when I called to discuss the disposal work, I mentioned that. They were very quick to say they would fix the faucet when they came out again, of course for no charge. |They were especially good at calling to confirm the appointment, etc. making sure we knew what to expect and when. A very pleasant situation over all.
