plumbers I had a water leak out at my box, in the front yard. I called a commericial contractor and he recommend Cliffs. I told Cliff about the issue. He came out started the the job and found the leak. We waited on the city to turn off the water and Cliff repaired the leak with supplies on his truck all in 90 minutes. I don't know what plumbers cost but I was relieved with the job being done so quickly and professionally. I will call him again !!!!

On short notice and having no water to the house, Cliff accepted the emergency plumbing repair call and arrived on time, quickly determined the nature of the frozen water valve, and affected repairs to restore water service to the house.

I'm typically a do-it-yourselfer kinda gal. I've been getting frustrated over the past few months with how my shower drains just weren't running the way they should. I've cleaned them out and ran liquid drain cleaner through them time and time again. Well they got to the point that the liquid drain cleaner just wasn't cutting it any longer. I was tired of standing in 1/2" of water by the time I was done showering. I received a referral to call Cliffs Classic Care in Sierra Vista AZ. I gave him a call monday morning and we set a time of 330pm 26 Feb at my house. While on the phone with Cliff he was very professional, courteous, personable and informative. He covered all the details you would expect about my situation. He clarified that he may or may not find a more in depth problem once he was on site. 330pm rolls around and there he is, RIGHT ON TIME!! He took care of the drains just like he had promised. They're running free and clear now. Whats more...there is a guarantee with his workmanship and a military/veteran discount!! To top it all off he provided me with an informational pamphlet on quality plumbing fixtures from a company he uses. Yeah you can get fixtures at Home Depot or Lowes and install them yourself but do they come with a lifetime warranty from a company that's been around over 100yrs!! ~Bottom Line~ You can trust in the quality, professionalism, dependability that Cliffs Classic Care offers.

He was very prompt the 1st time. We already had the appointment for the installation. It was 7:00 am the morning after we'd had the biggest freeze this winter. I honestly thought he'd call & ask if we could do it another time....a lot of people had broken pipes. But no, he was here on time and did a great job....even though his phone kept ringing with...."help!" He was always quite pleasant and friendly, and very, very professional. He performed the work without rushing (or acting like he was in a rush, and he had to be), but he didn't "dilly-dally" either. He gives a much appreciated senior discount...every little bit helps! I was extremely pleased.

Arrived at location on assigned date/time and started work immediately. Make sure everything was taken care of (e.g., water main shut off from outside and toilets flushed) before working on major leaks in drip system. As expected, it took about two hours to complete repairs. He was very courteous and professional. I observed the way he worked and explain what he had to do. He provided recommendations on wrapping external pipes with towel to deal with extreme cold weather. He made sure job was done right and to my satisfaction. The cost of repair is what I had had expected. I would use him again.

We will count on Cliff for all our plumbing issues, great job, once again.

My dishwasher and both sinks in the kitchen would not drain. Some type of clog in the line to the main sewer line. He used his giant long plumbing snake, found the obstuctin and cleaned out the pipes. Fast, and professional service.

GREAT! Called him to fix a bathroom tub leak, change faucets and drain, garbage disposal and dishwasher. He was punctual to the tee, courteous and polite (answered my many questions), fixed the garbage disposal ( old and broken parts I think in it, and a clogged line to the dishwasher. By doing this, it automatically fixed the dishwasher. He came on the 5th and on the 8th. When he first came he gave me estimates on fixing all three things listed. Service fee, I think, was $89. Out of the goodness of his heart, he came back on his own time and cut the locks off of two gates for me at a later date, and brought his own bolt cutter, so that I could replace the locks, since I lost the keys. He also came over when I called in July about a new refrigerator and was concerned about pipes. There was no change then either. I was looking for someome HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY AND AFFORDABLE. Because of mulltiple past experiences with contractors here, I had never called a repair person about these problems; the problems had existed for at least a year due to the fear of getting another contractor that did not have the above-mentioned qualities. Thank goodness for Angies's list! I feel that he was genuinely a good person, and character counts.

Called to say he would be a little late, installed my shower head, turn off valve, tub valve, and drain pipe for my bathroom sink. I didn't have the right parts for the tub valve so he stopped the clock and ran back to his shop and grabbed it no charge. Will definitely use again.

I have been using this company for many years. He is very good and very courteous. He always does the job right. You never have to worry about something he does going bad. There was quite a bit of work to be done and he did it quickly. This saved me cost on labor. He used top quality parts which saves me money because he wont have to come back out and repair it again. He also offers military discounts. He was very timely.
