Cliff and AJ are a father/son business team. AJ responded to our request for service almost immediately and arrived with 30 minutes of the initial call even though we are in a fringe service area to their home turf. He was very polite, professional, and came with all the equipment needed for the repair. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the plugged drain open in perfect condition in minutes. He ensured the drain worked properly by running a rinse cycle in the washer to check the flow. I'd spent over 2 days and 2 gallons of high dollar drain opener to no avail but AJ snaked out the drain and had it working again very quickly. Highly recommend this company. AJ also answered several piping and plumbing questions that we had about the new to us house and showed us the drain line clean-outs for future use if needed. He spent the time to make sure the work was done completely and correctly and to our complete satisfaction before leaving.

This family-owned company was very responsive, punctual, efficient, and charged less than the original estimate. They are going to be my go-to plumbing company from here on out.

I called in the morning. The appointment was scheduled for 1-3 on the same afternoon. AJ called and asked if he could come earlier (before noon), since he was ahead of schedule. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and courteous. He didn't leave until he tested the repair numerous times and showed us what was done. Excellent service, on time, reasonable price, very professional and meticulous. Came out on Thursday, Feb 2nd had to order the gas control valve. Came out on Saturday, Feb 4th (at no additional charge for Saturday) and installed the part. Also replaced the drain valve with a much better than factory valve. 2 hours total to complete.

They came out the same day I called them. They were fast and cleaned up after themselves. Their appearance was neat and clean.

It went very well as it always does. We've used him for several years & he has never failed to do a great job.

First experience was July 5. We got up to leaking water heater which was 13 yrs. old. A.J. (the plumber) found the leak and in due time installed a new unit. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable of his craft. We were very pleased. On July 21 we had a leak in the soft water installation. The same young man came within an hour of calling. He spotted the leak which was caused from a connection not tight enough. We have been in our home just three months, this being the first time of a leak in the unit. He was the same efficient, personable, knowledgeable young man. We would recommend this company to our neighbors, friends.

Great experience with this company. I called them to fix a broken water heater. They were able to fix the problem at a resonable cost when a different company tried to sell me a new water heater. They arrived on time and they were very professional and courteous. I will be calling them again the next time I need a plumber.

The Hot water heater had been making a very loud crackling noise and other plumbers basically said too bad when we replace it they could put in one that would be better in breaking up the up the minerals. Cliff said that we should just d rain it and give it a day or two and it should be ok and that the heater I had had the part in it that helps break up minerals. It has now been 10 days and there is silence in the house. Well done. Replaced the toilet flapper because the tank was leaking and it is now fixed.

Cliff and AJ did a fantastic job. They required the Arizona 411 be called even though it didn't see like there was any need to since all services except for the water come in through the back alley. It was a good thing he required this as the towns electric for the street lights just happen to use my property to connect to the main line in the alley. The wire passed inches from where Cliff had to dig. Cliff and AJ were here within a day or so of Arizona 411 being completed. They worked extremely need. They carefully removed my rocks and dug. They used drop clothes on the ground to keep the job clean. They discovered that in addition to my valve being bad, the original contractor ran the water main in a series of 90's in a 6in by 6in space. This also added to our pressure problem. Once this was corrected and the valve replaced, an access box was added so that should anything go wrong there would be easy access. They even put my rocks back better than when they found them, and they were neat to begin with! The first shower we took after the job was finished was absolutely amazing! There was so much pressure. Our hot water makes it to the faucets faster now too! We are saving on our water bill too. Cliff and AJ are extremely professional, polite, well mannered and quick. They work with purpose and work well together. All the work is guaranteed, including the valve itself. I recommend Cliff's Classic Care Plumbing to all. It is well work the price. You get what you pay for. We got a lot for our bucks! They won't take short cuts because their name being on it actually means something to them.

Cliff did a great job. He was very thorough placing the replacement line exactly where it was needed. This was no easy task. The wood framing behind the wall was old and warped. He recommended a high quality valve that was a bit higher priced than most shower valves but it was designed to deal with the hard water we have in our area. Very satisfied with the work and the cost.
