Cabinet repair. Did excellent job--fair price. Asked to repair exterior trim around door. Took pictures. When called to schedule and left message, was not called back. Waited a week and called again. Owner answered and said would call back in a few days to schedule. Never returned call. At this point deemed unreliable.

Came on time, did all the projects in the 2 hours. Worked fast and did a Great job!!

Great. He was on time and did more than I expected. He replaced a bathroom fan, installed closet door runners, cleaned paint and he made sure to stay the full 2 hours and do as much as he could.

It went very well - this was a difficult job in that the pulls were actually "inset" meaning that first you drill a hole for the attachment screw to go through the drawer and then you drill another larger diameter shorter hole just through the drawer itself (about 1/4".) This proved difficult to do on site, so Jason actually took the drawer fronts off site to get it done properly. We were pleased with the work and plan to contact him for additional work in the future. Soon to "fix" two cabinet doors that a Appliance installer messed up.

Great! Dolan was friendly, professional, communicative and punctual. He had to move the placement of the new fan a few inches from the existing spot. Did a great job of repairing the ceiling and clean up. Gathering my to-do list for the next visit!

Not well. I feel like we were lied to and somewhat swindled. When I made the appointment, I explained the 3 tasks that I wanted done. Kerry said no problem, they can do that. The technician showed up a half-hour early, a pleasant surprise. We had laid out the replacement alarms, and the enclosed instructions. The technician fairly rapidly replaced the alarms and tested them. That took about 45 minutes. Then he turned to the door sealing. After a few minutes, he said that there was nothing he could do, and that we needed to get a door specialist. Then he turned to the doorbell. He said that "the transformer was bad", but couldn't find the transformer. We spent some time looking for the mythical transformer, to no avail. The technician said that we needed to hire an electrician who could "trace the wiring". My main objection is that they said they could do the work, and couldn't or didn't. While they failed to meet the verbal agreement we made -- not doing two of the three tasks, they still expected me to fully comply with the agreement, and pay them for work they failed to do. I feel like I was lied to and ripped off, price-wise. I will never use this unprofessional and dishonest company again.

Wonderful. John was great. He was here on time. I just gave him the new top and he went right to work. This is the second time we have used this company. They actually put up the gazebo for us 3 years ago. They were fantastic them too. I highly recommend them.
