Description of Work: Larry and his team were excellent from the estimate to the installation of the hardwood floor. They replaced the carpeting in the master bedroom and office with hardwood floor. Larry's estimate for the timeframe, amount of wood needed, and other concerns were on target. We were forewarned that the concrete may need to be ground down to make it level, which was the case, and extra fee for that task. His team moved the heavy furniture and when finished they returned the furniture (also placed felt pads on each piece of furniture, which we provided). We are very pleased with the installation. There were minor issues that required them to return and they addressed those very quickly. The only negative we experienced was on a transition piece from tile to the new hardwood; it was not quite level and they said there was nothing they could do about it. The team was courteous, friendly, and accommodating. We feel confident to refer this company to others.

Description of Work: They installed laminate flooring in several rooms and installed baseboard trim. They did a great job!

Description of Work: After several conversations of expectations on color of stain desired the people applying the stain missed the mark - not even close. We had some issues with the baseboards and risers being marked up by the machines, but they did correct those issues on a re-visit. Larry, the owner of the company was responsive in doing what he could to make us happy, however, we were ready to move into the house and nothing could be done in the time frame available to correct the color of the stain used.

We are pleased with the results, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. We purchased the wood and Larry Ponomar and his team installed the flooring without delay.
