No problems at all...

Called to schedule the service call about 10:15 AM said I was an Angie's List member and was told that a tech would be in my area and could come by between 1-3 PM that day if I would be available- amazing! I confirmed my availability and was told I'd be called to confirm the tech's arrival. I received a call about 2 PM advising the tech would be by in 20-30 minutes. The tech, Paul, arrived at 2:20 and was here about an hour. Friendly and neatly dressed, Paul did his work very efficiently. He explained what he was doing and responded to my concerns about a couple of rooms in our house which seemed unduly warm in the summer. He checked the air flow from the vents in each of the rooms, adjusted the vent vanes for better air distribution and showed me how to close the dampers on these vents when the rooms (a guest suite) were not being used. After a couple of bad experiences with other companies on A/C work, this was a winner! I'll stick with LJ for all my future A/C-heating needs.

I have been working with them for 15 years. They are excellent. They are very punctual and reliable.

Although this was not a time sensitive issue, they responded within 2 hours of my call. The serviceman, Paul, was professional and knowledgeable. He tuned up both A/C units and repaired a few minor problems. Excellent experience.

I was told over the phone that the bill was less than $200. I had my partner pay it & it was almost $300. I did not know this until recently. I'm very disappointed.

I have been using L. J. Refrigeration for probably 20 years. I have them service my units every year as routine maintenance, and have always been very pleased. I was happy to see that they are on your list, as they deserve to be. Thank you.

The two workers were very polite and efficient. I cannot comment on the price as I have no knowledge in that area. I will use them in the future to perform other work on my HVAC system including annual check-ups on the system.

Technician was friendly, on time, and quick about his work. He was helpful in giving some tips about how to run the heater well. I am very, very pleased with this service and will definitely add this company to our list of trusted companies.

THE COMPANY ARRANGED FOR NEXT-DAY A.M. SERVICE CALL. TECHNICIAN ARRIVED PROMPTLY. TECHNICIAN WAS COURTEOUS, KNOWLEGEABLE AND PROFICIENT.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT AND WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THIS COMPANY WAS ON TIME. THEY WERE ALSO COURTEOUS AND I CONSIDERED THEM TO BE REASONABLY PRICED. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY DO HONEST WORK AND ARE WORTH THE HIGH 'NORTH SCOTTSDALE' PRICES BECAUSE OF THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY.
