I called LJ in a panic, as our A/C was making a very loud banging sound and also had condensation dripping from the ceiling, and it was still 105 degrees in September. They scheduled a visit to my home the next day to fix the A/C. LJ arrived on time and fixed everything quickly.

Two workers were on time, promptly completed all work, and answered all questions concerning the equipment.

Service date was 8/31/06. Jeff and Paul were on time, courteous, and thorough in the inspection of the units and needed repairs. They were able to clear a condensation drain line that a previous contractor claimed could not be cleared due to roofing tar residue, and also answered my questions regarding potential replacement units in the future. The $171.00 price paid is considered a very good value given the scope of the work that was performed.

Once again LJ Refridgeration was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Price was higher due to Saturday service. I chose to have the work done rather than wait.

Very happy. Problem happened on Saturday when I called the representative was helpful and was able to diagnose the problem. She could schedule the earliest appointment on sunday morning but explained that I could save $136 by waiting an additional day (business day) as it turned out that it was cooler outside and I did not need the air till Monday. Representative was on time, very courteous,explained the problems and was very efficient. I could use $10.00 coupon from Angie's list and was very happy with the work.

Talked to receptionist/scheduler Kelly to describe my problem on a Monday morning. She did her best to help me solve the problem over the phone and told me about a possible solution that I could try on my own ''so that I could avoid the $68 service call fee''. I tried but that didn't work so she was able to get a technician to my house by lunchtime on Tuesday. Although the technician commented that Kelly should have told me to turn off my heat pump till he got there, I am still impressed by their promptness and willingness to work out a relatively convenient Appointment time. The $10 Angie's List coupon didn't hurt either.

LJ performed an annual inspection in the Spring for our recently purchased home. Since our home is 13 years old, we were aware the units were at the end of their life. When one of the units quit running, LJ came out to assess the problem and told us that the compressor was shot. They offered a price for repair and replacement of both units, as requested. They are extremely friendly, professional, and work very hard to meet their customers needs and schedules. I recommend them to anyone. I received several bids and LJ was the least expensive and offered the most advice about our options.

I called on a friday afternoon, thinking that i'd be lucky to get anyone to come in less than a week. We (Phx) were in the midst of a terrible heatwave. I talked to a woman in the office was very polite and personable and also very helpful. She said that she would see if Jeff could come by later in the afternoon and if anything could. Jeff did come late that afternoon! He couldn't fix it but scheduled repairs for the following monday or tuesday. He was very polite and helpful. He added freon to other still operating a/c and that made a big difference in keeping the house cool. I would certainly use LJ Refrigertion again and recommend them to anyone.

They arrived on time and very efficiently repaired my A/C. I was happy that they had the motor on their truck, and did not waste time and money obtaining one. Because of our extreme temperatures, it took a little more time to cool than I thought it would be, so I called and left a message at 9 pm that night to tell them they might have to come back the next day. They returned my call within 5 minutes, and said to call them the next morning and they would be right out. Luckily, it was fine by morning, but I was impressed with their service and concern.

Jeff, the repairman, was very punctual. I called at 8:00A.M. about the heat pump that was not cooling. He called at about 10:30 to let me know he was on his way, and arrived soon after. He did the repairs quickly and was very polite. I would certainly call them again. If I could, I would probably rate them A+ in all areas.

They were very good. They came the same day that I called (the Friday before the 4th of July) and identified and fixed the AC promptly. I didn't comparison shop, so I don't know how their price compares. Also, the leak that was fixed was a slow leak (the AC worked fine after the Freon was replaced last season), so I will have to wait and see if the AC unit is still Freon filled next year before I can evaluate the quality of their work.

They gave super service. They came within 2 hours of the initial phone call and arrived when said they would. The service person was very polite and finished work in 20 minutes. They gave a good estimate of time and cost before starting work. They had a spare motor on the truck. They cleaned up afterwards.

Paul was on time, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and quite professional. Not only was he able to meet me at the property within 15 minutes of returning my call, but he also had all of the required replacement parts on hand.

My air went out at 9:00 pm. I called them and set up an appointment for 2:00 the next afternoon. I got a call that morning telling me that they had a cancellation, and if I'd like to have them come out at 9:30 in the morning. For them to do that was just wonderful. They are family owned and operated and are second generation.

They came within 24 hrs, were on time, and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly! Paul was polite and efficient on a very hot day!

Had air conditioner go out on a Friday night in summer. Helpful on phone and came out at time arranged next morning. Didn't do extra work or extra charges above regular call.

I first contacted the company at 7 pm on a Friday evening when AC was out. They had a technician on the way within 20 minutes when no other service would even return a call. It turned out that the AC came back on its own, so after-hours service ws canceled and an inspection scheduled for later. The technician, Paul, arrived right on time (to the minute) and explained everything he was doing. He recharged freon on two units and gave some advice on maintenance. Trice was much lower than expected. I'm very pleased with LJ overall, and would highly recommend them.

Arrived quickly on a weekend. Seemed capable and honest. I will use them again.

Explained the work needed and did it immediately. Came more quickly than could be expected. Even remembered to ask for the Angie's List coupon for savings. Definitely a winner.

After he left, I noticed water running out of the unit. He came back within two days to replace a defective float. It was a good experience and the price was reasonable.

Jeff was professional & explained everything he did. He replaced an old thermostat with a new one we purchased & also adjusted the vents so we would get proper air flow. He checked our duct work & found that 2 of them were never installed properly resulting in no air coming through the vent. He recommended that we call one of his subcontractors (who we called & he came out the next day to give us an estimate) to fix the ducts. He did an excellent job & we received a $10 discount from the coupon they provided from Angie's List. I would definitely use them again & recommend them highly.
