They did a very good job because they came out when they said they would and they got the problem fixed. I think the price was good even though I don't know what was done. Overall they did a good job.

L J Refrigeration is top notch. The service is not cheap but they do a wonderful job and provide quality products. They take care of your needs quickly. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I got LJ Refrigeration off of Angie's List and they are absolutely amazing! Something burned out on my air conditioner and I don't know what it was but they did a great job fixing it. I would definitely pass the word that others should give them a try.

My call was picked up by an answering service. A representative from L J Refrigeration returned my call within an hour. Two repairmen responded in just over an hour and my air conditioning was up and running in 15 minutes. Great service, I will use them again if needed.

Our air conditioner was not working reliably, so I called LJ to get someone to come out and look at it. They arrived exactly when they told me they'd be there, assessed the situation and fixed it in about a half hour. The air conditioner has been working great since then.

Paul was our technician. They were allot cheaper another company. They were very professional.

Extremely pleased with this company's response time. I made a late afternoon call on a Saturday and not only was my call returned but Jeff arrived at my house within an hour. Based on my description of what was wrong and what I had tried before calling he had already anticipated the problem. The work was done promptly and he was off to his next call within the time frame he had given them. The house was already cooler by the time he was leaving. I also asked about vent cleaning and he looked in a few vents and said he did not think this work was necessary at this time. I've reset the unit once since this service call when the temperature in the house was several degrees above what we had the thermostat set at but the unit was not kicking in. I will keep an eye on this and call for follow up if it happens again.

Outstanding service. First, LJ was able to get a representative to my house same day (others could not). This is no small accomplishment, with temperatures in the 115 degree range. Called LJ just before 9:00 in the morning. Dispatcher said the service rep. might arrive as early as 11:00. He arrived about 11:15. He immediately diagnosed the problem (capacitator), and had it replaced within 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I couldn't ask for more. Very pleased.

Fantastic! From the time I called the company to the time the repair was complete was only 1.5 hours! Jeff was very friendly, informative and competent.

Very responsive. Came out when they promised but also called to inform that they might be late because of a slipping schedule. They were on time, polite and took care of things quickly.

Our A/C stopped working. Called them at 6:30 AM and left a message with their answering service. What a nice surprise to talk to a real person and not a machine. They called back and sent a repair man that morning. He quickly diagnosed the bad motor and replaced it. Will use them for all my A/C needs.

Returned home from business trip at 1:30 p.m. to find both ac units not working. I called and got very courteous attention. They said they would TRY to get out before 5:00 p.m. and discussed additional charges if after 5:00. I said I had to leave at 5:00 p.m. for a meeting and we discussed "plan B" of leaving a key for the repairman or waiting until tomorrow. The woman I talked to asked me to call her at 4:45 if they hadn't arrived. The repairmen showed up at 3:20 pm, got everything fixed and were gone before 4:00, giving me plenty of time to cool down and get to my meeting. I REALLY appreciated their fast service and helpful attitude. I'm a happy repeat customer.

Very good. The problem developed the Friday before a 3 day weekend and they scheduled me the same day. They arrived on time, fixed things quickly and everything seems to be working well.

They came out last year for the first time when my air conditioning went out and the heat was rising over 100 degrees in my house. They then came out very quickly to get the work done and it ended up not being a major problem. This really, really impressed me because the man knew what was wrong just by the description of what I told him had happened and he then informed me that there was a guy in the neighborhood that would be there within in hour. After a half hour I then had air conditioning! I would definitely recommend them.

When I made the appointment, I was advised that the repairman would be at my home between 8:00 and 10:00 am. At 10, I received a call from the company saying the technician was running late due to a complicated job and would arrive closer to noon. She was very apologetic, and I appreciated the update. They arrived shortly after noon, and checked the system very quickly. He pulled out my filter and advised me to purchase a new one, which I did that afternoon.

Both jobs went great. They were on time and very courteous. They helped in both situations. At the house they also topped off my freon which raised the price to $109 over the $68 service call fee. The serviceman answered all my questions and was very friendly.

I've been doing business with this company for many years, and we will continue to do so as long as they keep the business. If there was an AAA+ rating they should get it.

I called about 1:30 p.m. hoping to set up an appointment during the next few days and was informed they would be by later in the afternoon. They arrived shortly before 3 pm. They gave the unit, which is at least 22 years old, what appeared to be a thorough check and gave it a clean bill of health. Freon was okay, motor was oiled and connections checked for tightness. Give the company A+ for punctuality, responsiveness and professionalism.

I called and received a warm welcome on the phone. We scheduled the service for the end of Oct. The tech came right on time and checked everything out. He said all is well which is the first time that's happened. My previous service always managed to find something extra for me to pay for. He was very professional.

Notice water leak in the AC unit inside our home and called them late in the day. They tried to fit us in that day, but were not able to. They kept in close contact up through 9 pm, when they told us someone would be scheduled the next day. Paul Coen called in advance and arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He determined that the condensate line was clogged and used compressed air to clear the line. He advised us on how to keep it from happening again -- add a little bleach to the line a couple of times each year.
