Description of Work: My A/C went out in a 107 degree evening. I called early the next day and someone was out by 10:00. I felt comfortable that I wasn't upsold or cheated and I feel like the legitimate problem was fixed since my A/C has been fine since.

Description of Work: Jeff an owner came out and went over my system. Two units...had been told by a larger firm need to replace handlers, Jeff said NO. May need some work down the road, but don't need to replace them now. The guy comes across the way you want to be treated...expierence , knowledge, and doesn't need to make the rent today.I've switched for good from a major compay I've used for the past three years.

Description of Work: On Sunday - after a monsoon - my air conditioning just quit. I called Kelly and gave her a return phone number at another where I was cooling off, waiting. A repair called me within 20-min and said he'd call back later that night, which he did. He came out first thing Monday morning and gave me an estimate. Since I couldn't wait on a/c, the repairman was out later that afternoon with the new unit and had everything cooling off. Obviously, the $2200 was hard to swallow but the company did everything they could - they even let me post-date my check 3-4 days until I could have the full funds transferred into my account. The only thing I didn't like was that the repairman said he was replacing my Carrier a/c with another Carrier; needless to say it was some brand I'd never heard of. Still, the work was very friendly and professional and the price was exactly as advertized. No complaints.

Description of Work: My A/C fan motor died at 1:15 PM. I called at 1:30, and they were here in under 2 hours to install a new fan motor which was on the truck. My heroes.
