Fine. Company proactively called to schedule service which was performed in a timely and efficient manner.

The last time I used them was at my office in July. They did a fantastic job. Their employees were efficient and they did a good job. They don’t upsell and they fix what needs to be fixed. They make recommendations and I have a service contract with them.

From start to finish they were very professional and knowledgeable. Rich and Matt helped us in deciding which model to get, where it should be located inside the sun room and where the compressor should be placed. When the installers came, they were also very professional and did a great job for us. Rich even helped troubleshoot a problem we were having with our main ac system over the phone and it worked. They are a great company and do all of our service work for our main ac/heat as well. Thanks for keeping us cool.

They are very knowledgeable, they corrected some problems with the air condition company. Their prices are fair.

I would rate them about a three. They did make it right but the installation people were horrible. The workers were instigators, they said that I will kick them off the job which is not true and the communication was terrible. I said to the owner that the communication was terrible. I mean, he says one thing and says another thing. It was just a nightmare. So, the owner made things right. The company and the owner are alright but the installation people were horrible.

Where do I start... JR Perkins installed 2 heat pumps for $12000 in 4/2010. Our old units were 19 years old and required constant attention. Between July 2012 and June 2014, we required 8 service calls due to units not working. After spending another $1500 in service, on the last service, I told the technician I had enough of JR Perkins and would not be calling them again, in spite of having prepaid for the fall service. I never heard anything further from the company, including a reminder call for my fall service, so apparently, the company got the message of my dissatisfaction,

After having nothing but problems with JR Perkins - the installer of 2 new heat pumps in 2010, and continuous freon "leak" problems that required 9 service calls due to units not working, I decided to call someone else. Sun Services came out to find out why, for the 10th time, one of my units wasn't cooling. In about 2 minutes, he found a small leak - probably a manufacturing defect that was, by this time out of warranty. He repaired it and i was so happy, I signed a service agreement with Sun Services, in spite of still having an agreement with JR Perkins.

They did a good job. They were very prompt.

The repairman came and found that the filter was put in the wrong place (by our handyman) and replaced it and cleaned and serviced our unit and did a repair on it. It is working well now. They came promptly and I am satisfied with the work they did.

It was excellent. We have two furnaces and two ACs and we have a service contract with them and they are exceptional.

I was very satisfied. The quality was good and the price was reasonable.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sun Services was clearly the best of the four firms that we asked to quote the job - two of the firms had Angies' top rating but didn't compare. First, we received an appointment from Sun Services on a timely manner. The woman on the phone was helpful when I asked her to provide some preliminary information prior to the visit. Phil Oehm arrived at the appointed time and was respectful of our time. We had been frustrated with representatives from some of the other companies which seemed to take FOREVER to figure out what unit we needed -- we already had a pretty good sense of what we wanted. We were looking at the same unit from each firm. Phil was the only sales person to actually provide us with an informational handout on the unit. Phil explained other alternatives but did not try to 'oversell' us extras. The quoted price was reasonable and in line with the other low priced firm (which had poor Angies rating). One other firm, (highly rated by Angies) was way out of the ballpark -30% higher). When we told them that was unreasonable they explained it was due to their 'exceptional' service. Then they later sent an email offering a different unit at a lower price (but still 20% higher). We didn't get that run-around with Sun Services. Installation was done the next week in accordance with our schedule. The installers were efficient and tidy. They used a drop cloth and cleaned up after themselves. They even vacuumed inside the holding area for the unit - something that I don't think was done when the first unit was installed! They also provided us with clear instructions for operating the unit and changing the filter. The old unit was placed at the curb and they arranged for someone to come pick it up (which happened later in the day). We wanted to use a local Fountain Hills firm but only if they were comparable to other firms in the Valley. In our opinion, Sun Services was one of the best. They are smaller than some of the other companies and seem to try harder. Is was a nice touch to receive a handwritten thank you after the purchase. As part of the installation, we purchased a maintenance contract and hope that the excellent service continues!

They were great. They came out really quick and they were very competitively priced. I like that they answered the phone, because it was helpful.

They really did a fantastic job on the maintenance. My air conditioner blows really cold now. I give this company two thumbs up and they always show up on time. What I like most about them is that they're very courteous.

YOUNG MAN WORKED QUICKLY AND SEEMED QUITE THOROUGH. EXPLAINED POSSIBLE PROBLEM WITH SOME PARTS THAT COULD GO BAD IN THE FUTURE. OFFERED YEARLY CONTRACT, EXPLAINED ITS BENEFITS, BUT DID NOT FORCE THE ISSUE.

THEY WERE AVAILABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND PERFORM THE AC WORK IN A VERY REASONABLE TIMEFRAME AND MADE A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE IN THE COOLING EFFECTIVENESS OF OUR HOME. THEY PERFORMED THE WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION FOR THE AMOUNT OF THEIR INITIAL BID.

I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

HAVE NO COMPLAINTS, VERY PROFESSIONAL, FOLLOWED UP PROMPTLY, DID THE WORK EFFICIENTLY.

OUR A/C BROKE DOWN AND SUN SERVICES WAS ABLE TO COME OUT AND INSTALL A BRAND NEW UNIT THE NEXT DAY. GOOD PRICE AND FAST SERVICE.

THIS COMANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE DUCT WORK PROBLEMS.
