Overall, the service was very good. The only thing that was mildly annoying was some miscommunication that existed between myself and the reception. I called in the afternoon that I dropped the care off and it was still not done, though they said it would be ready later that day, probably by 6, when they closed. I never received another phone call that it was ready, however, so I called the next day to see what was going on. They said that they were waiting for me until 7 but that I had not come by. Nobody called me, however, so I had no idea. I guess there was miscommunication that I would pick up the car at 6 and I expected to be called first. These things happen, but what was irritating was that when I picked up the car, the person at the front kept on repeating that he waited until 7 and that they expected me yesterday. I also wanted the car earlier, but had no idea it was ready, so it seemed silly to keep blaming me for this issue. Plus, if you're waiting until 7 and you have my number, why not call? The work was very good and high quality, I would just recommend more care with the customer service.

Our 2001 Chevy Tahoe was in need of good detailing. We had taken it to two other places for quotes, and each one was over $300. We found this company (and special coupon) on Angie's List . The price AND recommendations both looked good so we tried them. Note: this company really is an auto body repair shop; however, they take one auto detailing customer per day. We called on a Wednesday and obtained an appointment for the following Wed. The vehicle was dropped off around 8 a.m. and it was finished by 2 p.m. that day. They did a good job, offered prompt and friendly service, and even fixed a couple of small things (put in a missing bolt and fixed tinting of a window) without additional charges. Don't see much of that these days! Overall, we were very happy with both the look of the vehicle and the service provided. Would recommend to others and we will return as well in the future!

Complete detail including wash, clay bar, wax and interior. Truck was parked in a high traffic, unpaved area and covered in dust when I picked it up. Obvious from the remaining bug remnants that the clay bar probably wasn't done. Streaks of wax residue, tires/fender flairs dull, windshield looked as if it was cleaned with an oily rag.

It took almost all day, but the service was well worth it! I felt like I had a new car. Excellent, professional work! Well worth $99.00!

Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the work done to my car. Everything Wally promised happened, and all of the work done was completed to my expectations. Being a female, I am wary of taking my car to places simply because some car repair providers play off the ignorance many women have about cars. Wally was awesome from the beginning, explaining everything in his estimate and why it needed to be done. He handled the insurance company directly, so I didn't have to negotiate with anyone. They also gave my car a full inside detail- I've never seen it look better. I would absolutely take it back. The only thing that I would warn is if your car sits in the lot for awhile, especially in Arizona, be sure to take a look at your battery. Mine had been sitting so long that the old battery (which probably should have been replaced anyways) needed a jump before I could drive the car out of the lot. Wally and his crew quickly jumped me though and I was on my way! I also love their lifetime warranty on their services. Really comforting knowing they stand behind their work.

They didn't detail anything. They just cleaned the car. When I picked up my car the seats were wet, they didn't tell me that I need to leave my windows down. It has left a smell in my car. They didn't even have wax my car.

I took my vehicle in at 9AM and they were done by noon. When I picked my car up, I noticed that all they had bothered to shampoo was the floormats. None of the carpets or seats had been shampooed or treated with 'fabric guard'; both of which was included in the fine print. I called them up when I got home. The owner, Walter, told me to drop in anytime and they would take care of the missed services for me. The problem is that they are 50 miles away and I don’t want to have to drive there again, I intended on getting everything taken care of the first time around. They also lied about the shampooing of the seats and the ‘fabric guard’; the coupon says that it is part of the $109, and that the fabric guard was part of the fine print. The owner had indicated otherwise. I will not be going back, I cannot understand why they would not do the work they had promised me.

Wally was extremely courteous and I believe the job was done very well. I would be very comfortable bringing a car to First Class Auto Body. They do many other forms of auto body work besides detailing, including collision repairs and even complete body re-paints.

Final result: great detail and great price ($99 Angie's Big Deal). They did a nice job. Due to demand, the scheduling had long lead times, so not convenient to "drop in" like at Danny's or Cobblestone. I had the car in at around 9 AM and it was done late in the afternoon. I got used to the nice air-conditioned waiting areas of Danny's, with hot coffee, snacks, and TVs and area to fire up the laptop, inside or out, adn get some light work done. This place is basically an auto-body place in a rougher part of town, with dirt entry way, barbed wire, and no customer waiting area. So really, it requires dropping the car off and picking it up later. Bottom line: great job at a great price if you don't need the frills of Danny's or Cobblestone. I paid $2100 to have my 95 Jeep Cherokee painted. They only painted part of it, leaving the sides unpainted. They only painted the top, hood, and lift gate. Now I'll have to go and pay another shop to finish the job. The place is a ripoff, stay away.

I b ought 2 complete car deals from this car place.Due to my husbands terminal illness, I could not make the deal deadline. I called the garage and explaned this and he said not to worry. I brought in car #1 (Suburu) and had it detailed. I was very pleased with my treatment and they did a good job on the car. However, they would not accept the deal for car #2, stating it was overdue despite the agreement thay we had made to have it done. I explained that they said they would honor it anyway as they had done on the Suburu but they would not honor the second car payment..Is there any way I can get any of my money back or have the garage agree to do the second? Bought the $109 full detail package on Angie's List. Called First Class Auto and they had an opening the next day. Since we live in the far west valley; we left the vehicle over night and rented a car from Enterprise. The 1999 Chevy Tahoe had previously belonged to our granddaughter who had the car in Venice CA so it had rust spots and oxidation. Wally warned us that he wasn't sure they would be able to get it cleaned up because of this. When we returned the next morning to pick up the car; Wally said they needed a few more hours because of the condition it was in. They offered to dropp us off at Scottsdale Mall and returned to pick us up about 3 hours later. We were amazed at how nice the Tahoe looked when we picked it up. Based on this experience we will travel about 35 miles from our home to have Wally and the crew detail our other 2 vehicles in the near future.

Painless experience from start to finish. Went in for an estimate to see if I needed to use insurance. Estimate was fast, and fair so I decided to go ahead and have them do the work. Decided to have a full detail done too. Work was done in the two days as promised and my van looks new (2005). Will definitely use them again if I ever need body work again.

The car looks great inside and out and for a bonus, Wally, the manager did not charge me for the headlights which look like new! Everyone I spoke with on the phone and at the shop was friendly, helpful and professional. I certainly will do further business here.

My wife dropped the car off early on a Monday morning and she called me at work to come collect her. She had elected to start walking mainly because the waiting area was very small and she felt like getting some exercise. She was told the work would take three days and early on the afternoon of the third day the body shop called and said our car would be ready at 3:00 PM. On the afternoon of the third day we went up to the body shop. While we headed there I asked my wife what it was about this shop that sealed the deal for her. She said that she apparently has watched too many car repair shows with me and she just got a very positive vibe from the people there and besides they were in the process of restoring several old cars each appeared to be a body off restoration (something alien to my wife until we watched several shows about full on restorations) Outside the shop and off to one side when we got there was a gloss black 1963 Lincoln Continental suicide four door sedan that looked as good as if it just came off the showroom floor. There was also an older GTO with its interior and motor missing going through the beginning stages of being brought back to like new condition. My wife's car was sitting outside, and the manager "Wally" was all apologetic because he thought the car might have gotten dusty since they washed it prior to our arrival and there had been a bit of a dust storm pass through. Wally said if it was dirty they would gladly rewashed it. I later discovered they had also vacuumed out the incomplete interior and even cleaned the floor mats. The repair was so good that unless we told you the car had been damaged and where you would never know. Wally was very modest about the level of work they did but the number of cars there to be resored in addition to their regular body shop work indicated they had earned the trust of many car collectors who want to restore an older vehicle but lacked the ability or time to do the quality of work they were doing. Wally gave my wife some information asking her to go onto their web site and give her appraisal of the work performed and for doing that they would send her a gift card. I would gladly use this shop again, although I hope I do not need to anytime soon, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks about an excellent place to get a car repaired.

They were able to set up a convenient appointment, the car was done on time, just like they promised, an the cleaning was exceptional!

It did not seem any better than what I get at the car wash.

It is always nice for people to do what they promised to do, and that is what First Class accomplished with this repair.They: 1) Did exactly what they promised to do which was to fix the dent and touch up the bumper2) They did it right on time3) They did an excellent repair, you would not be able to tell that there was ever damage4) They did an excellent detail on the car, it looked almost brand new I was impressed by the way that they took care of their customers as I waited in their office. I will use them again when next I need an auto body repair. All of the work was performed at their shop in Scottsdale, Arizona.

I was very pleased with the overall process and the results of the work. Dave and another tech examined the damage and gave my son and I a few repair options to choose from, ranging in price. Dave explained each in detail with a very fair and understandable description of the pros and cons. This was a welcome change from other body shops which typically give just a single 'take it or leave it' estimate. We decided to go with one of his lower priced options since the car is about 11 years old and my son's budget was pretty limited. However, the work ended up better than promised! The fiberglass repair was essentially perfect, and the paint match was very good. They also custom made some additional support bracing to help minimize cracking in the future. That was in one of their slightly higher priced options, so it was basically added for free. Coolness was restored to my son's car and he drove away very happy.

It has not always been my experience that successful businesses are friendly as well as competent. It was our experience that several of the employees took the time to speak with us both on dropping the vehicle off and picking it up. In fact they were more than friendly, they were personable as well as helpful and informative. I noticed a plaque on their service counter. it said" Customer Service is not a department, it is an attitude". Obviously, their people have read the plaque as they seem to live it as a part of their business. They mentioned they do all kinds of vehicles, boats, motorcycles. We saw several of these on the premises & the finished products looked really nice. I highly recommend them for body and paint work.

They were very helpful setting up the appointment and when I dropped the car off for complete detailing. I was told the detailing process would take about 6 hours, depending on how many vehicles they were working on that day. The car was ready when I returned. I reviewed the results and was happy to see they did a good job cleaning the engine. However, I was disappointed to see the results of the interior and exterior of the car. The removable floor mats were cleaned, as well as the drivers floor area (which was still wet). The carpet on the passenger side,back seat and trunk did not appear to be touched, and the trunk carpet was still dirty. Normally when you have your car detailed at a car wash they clean all the carpets, and upholstery areas, dash, etc., but not so at First Class Auto Body. As for the exterior of the car, the main service they provide is to Power Wash your car with a very powerful system. One that takes the Clear Coat off if they are not careful, as on my car. I ended up with a six inch by two inch strip of missing Clear Coat on the passenger side, which I was told was a problem in the paint when the car was Power Washed, which they were not responsible for correcting. I was also told the car had been waxed, but the car finish certainly lacked the smooth feel and appearance you see when your car is detailed at a car wash. Was I happy with the overall results? With the exception of the engine, NO! Will I use an auto body shop to have detailing done on a car in the future? NO. They may do a fine job on auto body repairs, but their "sideline" of detailing cars is not something you want to experience. Overall, the Angie's Bid Deal was a Big Disappointment.

I was disappointed with their job. They didn't even clean out some compartments that were dirty. Neither did they clean the leather seats in some areas.

I was a first time customer. It was a really good experience. Without a doubt I will use this company again. These guys know their business. A minor complaint involved my job taking several hours longer than I was told. The owner himself came and apologized for the delay and for my having to wait for my vehicle.

Absolutely great work --- car looks great inside and out. Professional, timely, and great work. I will take all my detailing work here, and based on this experience, I would trust them for auto body work as well.
