They did a good job overall. My husband had no complaints except that they were "overagressive" in trying to clean the leather covered steering wheel. There was discoloration that wouldn't come out and they over-scrubbed and caused a rough texture to the normally smooth leather.

Jared was my contact person and I could not have asked for better! He was very attuned to my problem and I felt confident with him. He was kind and considerate. He worked with me on the price and explained everything I wanted to know. The supply shop sent the wrong bumper part at my first appointment so I had to come back again . Jared checked the part before the second appointment and we confirmed by phone before I made the trip. I had already purchased the taillight online and Jared made sure it would fit and installed it also. Everyone was friendly and helpful, providing me with bottles of water on a very hot day. The work was done promptly. In fact I was surprised and pleased that I did not have to wait very long. I will definitely use this business again if the need arises. In fact I had an estimate from a year ago for the work at a different shop in Tempe and their price was exorbitant so the work wasn't done until I found First Class Auto Body.

They were fantastic from the appointment setup to the final pick up of my truck. Highly recommend them for any auto body work.

I was under the assumption that a "full detail" meant head-to-toe cleaning and waxing as well as engine cleaning. The outside of my vehicle and the engine looked nice, but it wasn't until I got home that I realized that the inside of my car had been sloppily cleaned (still-smudged inside windows, still-sticky beverage holder, still-dirty side arm rests, and trunk not vacuumed at all). I particularly mention the trunk because I had recently purchased 10 grapevine wreaths and there were many wreath remnants in my trunk. The owner charged me $500 to make the cosmetic repairs to my car, which I agreed to in advance. He promised me my car would look just like new and that I wouldn't even recognize my car once he got done with it. The two most glaring issues, a tear in the front bumper and scratched off paint on the rear bumper were repaired beautifully. But I felt for $500 he could have put a little more effort in buffing out some of the other scratches he swore I'd never see again. The final issue was the timing. I took it in on a Wednesday, after work, and was told it would be done by Friday after work. No one called me on Friday, until around 3:00 p.m., I called them, only to be told that the car would not be done until Monday. The lady asked if this was going to be a problem for me - I said well, I hadn't planned on being without a car for the weekend, but that I guess there was nothing to be done. I left the office at 4:20 p.m. and was about ten minutes into my commute home, when I received a call from them saying that if I could stop by after 5:30 p.m., they'd have it ready for me. I replied that I had already left the Phoenix area for the day and would pick the car up on Monday.

I haven't had any issues with the. They were on time and did a good job.

First Class Auto had our car ready when they said they would, and it looked as brand-new as it could have for being 6 years old. The owner worked with me to find the least expensive solution for fixing the cracked spoiler, which was my request. I paid exactly the quoted price. I would definitely recommend First Class Auto, and I would use them again.

I called to make an appointment. The office staff was friendly and worked to find an appointment that fit my schedule. I dropped my van off in the morning and the work was done. The van was ready to pick up mid afternoon. I was very pleased with the result. The interior upholstery and carpeting was very clean. Both exterior and interior windows sparkled. I was very happy with the result.

He was extremely professional. It was a very bad situation with the car and the man took his own time. He didn't charge us anything for it and he was very professional. He certainly could have charged us for going onsite and looking at the vehicle and basically he told us that he could do what we ask, but he didn't thinks that the outcome was going to be what anybody would want. There has been gasoline spilled in a brand new car and left. My parents had dementia and it is a bad situation anyway. So my sister dumped about six boxes of baking soda in it to make it worse, but he made some suggestions and he was extremely helpful, amazing gentleman. He was just really above and beyond.

Everything was okay. I don’t remember all the details as it has been a while, but I am sure I would have remembered anything going wrong.

.They were very thorough, did additional work at my request at no charge, such as re-attaching a seat control knob that had fallen off after the glue compound deteriorated. They also gave me information on how to repair the sagging headliner as a temporary fix. For the promotional rate of $99 the quantity and quality of the service was an excellent deal.

Great customer service, did a spectacular job on the custom rims on my 1994 impala, put alot of man hours in polishing them. Noticibally a better job than the last time I had it detailed there, manager stated they had new help. Corvette, did a great job, although the detailer did recommend that I use a different type of polish on my rims because he believed it was turning them a different color. Reality is that is the high end brake dust and it is in fact a pain to get off. Simply a misunderstanding, because it came right back under hard breaking and no additional application of polish, but im a stickler for details and like no bs answers from professionals. Again, just me nit picking on something that doesn't matter. The LED taillight and exterior 6 piece mesh trim kit install, flawless. The tint, not as impressed as the rest of the services, but that was done at an associate close by and not directly by First Class, but it is what it is. Overall, great customer service, if I wanted to complain, I know they would cater to me without hesitation. Great place, service and will continue to bring back all my cars and recommend them to everyone. Can't say enough good things. Regards, John

It was fantastic, they did a great job. They offered to take us anywhere if we needed a ride. The owner seemed very courteous. He was polite. It was a pleasant experience overall.

pruchased big deal on thursday, called for appt, which was set up for the following monday. dropped van off at 8:30am. went to pick up van at 4:30pm, and they did not feel it was ready, so they provided me with a loaner car, no charge. I picked up my van the next evening. In all of the time I have had that van, never have I had it professionally cleaned nor did I bother to vaccum it. I live way out, carry all sorts of things in the van, dogs, plants, bails of hay! This van was a mess. When I arrived tuesday night, I was completely blown away!! My van looked BRAND NEW. it was so clean, it was mind blowing!! Literally spotless. And the treatments were not that slick stuff that they pile on at regular car wash places. The dash was not sticky as all, just shined brightly. I can recommend these guys to ANYONE wanting their car show room ready. A great value at any price, but with Angie;s Big Deal, it was literally a STEAL!! I have not been as impressed by service like this in a very long time. OUTSTANDING!!

I brought my boyfriend's Nissan Armada in to get it detailed as a surprise for him. Wally was able to fit me in within a day. I didn't have a ride to/from work so Wally arranged that for me too. The staff was friendly, professional and on time with everything. I felt like they definitely appreciated my business. When I saw the Nissan at the end of the day, I was AMAZED at the transformation. It looked like it just came off the showroom floor! I wouldn't hesitate to go back again or to refer anyone to First Class!

I took my faded, soiled 2003 Tacoma Crew Cab to these guys and when I picked it up it was like new inside and out. Its been about a year now and I am thinking about taking it back to be "renewed" again.

An appointment for an auto detail on a 2011 Dodge regular cab pickup was made for Thursday and was dropped off the day prior. A promised pickup time was agreed upon for 4:30 on Thursday. Upon arriving at 4;15 I was advised that the workers were just finishing the job. I waited until just after 5:30 when the work was finally completed. For a "detail job" that was advertised as a special at $109.00 for a $200 regular price detail, I was not satisfied. The interior was not completely cleaned as some of the vents and upolstery was not touched. Several places on the exterior were missed with the armour all touch up. I did not return or complain to the manager because of the advertised DEAL of approximately 50% off. I will not use this company again. I felt that the company waited till the last minute to work on my vehicle, thus, forced to rush to get the job completed. It showed on the finished product!!
