I took my 2008 Hyundai Sonata in for a complete auto detail. When I picked up my car later the same day, what a nice surprise! I drove away in what seemed like a brand new car. They didn't miss a thing. Great job! This service is actually about $200. I was fortunate enough to purchase a discounted price through the "Big Deal" offers from Angie's List. I would have been just as satisfied if I had paid the full price. I highly recommend this company, at the very least for this service. If I need a body shop, I am sure I will use them for that as well.

unnerPurchased "The Big Deal" here on Angie's List for $99. It was for a complete auto detail inside and out. Stopped by the business to set an appointment and get a quote for body repairs. Wally was courteous and quoted us $300 to fix the body repairs. Dropped our Toyota 4Runner off on the scheduled day. Wally recommended a rental car from Enterprise at a discounted rate which we were happy with. We also had them tighten a loose rear spoiler on top of our car for $50. Picked up our car the next day. It was finished a few hours early. The interior and exterior detail job was excellent. They cleaned everything!!! Carpets were shampooed, Wheels were shinny, the engine was cleaned, the headlights were no longer cloudy, and the car had a very clean smell to it! The body repairs were excellent and a perfect match on the metallic paint!!! Also, the spoiler was now tight and no longer rattling! We highly recommend First Class Auto Body and will use them again in the future!

They did a very nice job. You could not tell that there had been any damage to the car when they were done. It looked as good as when it was new. It actually looked slightly better because they detailed it. I definitely would recommend them. They did a good job. They did it promptly. They handled my interactions with the insurance company very well. The insurance company was a little bit slow in responding to things and they took care of that themselves. They actually know the adjusters and when the adjuster came to look at another car they were working on they asked the adjuster to look at mine, because the one on my job wasn't responding. So, they were attentive. They knew we were waiting for a reply from insurance and they were very responsive.

In response to this offer, I sent the following email to the address listed on the Big Deal Page: My husband died last month, I don't drive, and I live near the Mayo Hospital in N. Phx, so I have no way to get our minivan to you or back home. It desperately needs detailing. Does the 'Big Deal' apply to minivans? Is there anything you can come up with that would enable me to take advantage of your offer? If so, I would be very grateful. I'm keeping the vehicle because it has a lift for my electric mobility scooter in case a friend can take me somewhere I might use it, like a museum, craft show, etc. that requires more walking than I can handle with my bad back. It currently has the lift for my husband's powerchair, but I hope to sell it and the chair, and put the captain's seats back into the 2nd row. I look forward to hearing from you. Respectfully, --- I never got any acknowledgement or response after almost one week, so this morning I called and spoke with Walter Figueroa. I asked if he reads his email. He said he has so many he really hasn't read ANY of them... then why list an email address for contact? I explained my situation, and he said he didn't have anyone who could pick up the car and return it, so I thanked him and hung up. Had he responded to my email, I would have known this almost a week ago. I understand him not having anyone to do this; I don't understand not reading/responding to email. That's not MY idea of customer service.

First Class Auto Body does great work and work with you to meet your schedule. They came in under other quotes by a significant amount and guaranteed delivery weeks ahead of the other auto body shop (a major auto body company here in the Phoenix area). I doubt you'd find better service/prices practically anywhere.

Very chipper, jolly owner. Much joking & chuckles. But the estimate came in much higher than I expected and I went to another shop.

I received a voice mail late on Tuesday, 5/03, that the job had been completed and the car was available for pick-up. Picked up the car on 5/04 -- the repairs were just great. I'm certainly no expert, but the body repairs to the trunk lid/quarter panels were faultless to my eye and the repainting/blending/clear coating were perfect as best I could tell. When I asked why 2 days instead of the 4-day estimate, the manager said it all depended on the amount of work on the lot, available repairmen and when the paint booth was available -- I certainly wasn't complaining. The body repair is guaranteed for as long as I own the car; the repainting is guaranteed for 3 years, sometimes longer under certain circumstances. Paid the bill with a credit card, and have not experienced a problem with any aspect of the repairs. Good outfit to deal with.

I took my car in on Friday, the 7th to get an estimate and brought the vehicle back on Monday, the 10th to drop the car off. I picked it up on Friday the 14th. The car was immaculate. They not only fixed what I had asked, but detailed the car inside and out. Throughout the process I was impressed with their quality, the appearance of their employees, and their pricing. I would use them again without a doubt and will recommend them. I'm amazed I waited four years to get this done. If I had realized what a great job I could get done for such a price, I would have had it done long ago.

The experience with First Class was excellent. We did have one minor hick-up when we were told by one of the workers to bring it in the week before Christmas but only to arrive and find out that many of their workers were taking the time off for Christmas (makes sense) and really we would need to come in the following week. I minor inconvenience but from there on out the process went smoothly. The following week I dropped off the vehicle and after waiting a while for enterprise to pick me up the owner kindly offered a ride to enterprise to help get me on my way. I was already late for an appointment so this was extremely nice of him during his already busy workday. The next surprise came when, after dropping the vehicle off on a Monday, we get a call on Wednesday that the work is complete. Many people in the valley were waiting weeks for their cars but First Class had us right back out the door. When I arrived to pick up the car it was already pretty dark and raining so I did a quick rundown of the car and everything looked great but obviously it wasn't until the following day with the vehicle dried off and in the sunlight that I could really see how great it looked. I am a full believer in you get what you pay for and although First Class might come in a little higher than some other shops you are actually getting a better price due to the quality of work and professionalism of their staff. I trusted Angie's List on this shop due to the reviews and I plan on taking our vehicle's back to First Class in the future should we ever need any body work done.

I went to them after getting some recommendations. They were reasonably close to where I lived at the time. Their price was competitive. The owners are very cordial, nice, and accomodating. They do what they say they are goign to do.

I went to the manager, and he asked one of the workers to take a look at the tailgate.(this was immediately upon arrival, and they had other vehicles they were working on) The gentleman that looked at the tailgate investigated completely, and took about 15 minutes. He asked if I had a few more minutes and he would try to fix it. He worked another 10-15 minutes, and showed me how to lower the gate, saying it really needed a new latch from the manufacturer. I was very pleased, and when I went to ask how much I owed, the manager said to "just give the man some money". All the cash I had was $4.00 so I gave him that. (He had said earlier that he wouldn't charge anything if it was up to him). I will definitely go back if I need anything else done with any vehicle.

They were great. I recommend them highly.

Driving into the service area I commented to myself, "I like this place." Camaraderie among the employees was evident immediately. A couple of vintage cars including an El Camino were in various states of repair; a great sign of quality and trusted work. Every employee entering the front office greeting me offered hospitality. A rental car arranged by the First Class Project Manager of my case waited for me. The paperwork and transfer of responsibility went smoothly as the work detail with time line was outlined. Four days later, as promised, the work was finished. The car looked like the day I bought it: repairs seamless, washed inside and out, even the engine was cleaned. Over and beyond the work, hospitality ruled the day. Another man introduced himself with only his first name to review my case. Only after he handed me my keys did he identify himself as the owner.

Dave was pleasant to deal with, promising to keep me informed as to the progress of the repairs. He did not. I had to call him to keep him on track. He went over the estimate without notifying me, contrary to his statement initially. There was a coolant overflow bottle that was replaced but not filled with coolant until I noticed a dash light indicating that.

I have used First Class on several other occasions and have always been very pleased with the repairs and the timely manner in which they have been completed. David is very pleasant to work with.

David Lindgren provided the least cost estimate of 3 body shops. He fully explained the estimate and why he was less expensive than the other shops we had been to. We advised him that we were not making an insurance claim and there for wanted the damage repaired as cost effectively as possible. He said that he would only do what was necessary, but that we would be very pleased with the results. I left the car with him for 5 days. He completed the work within the period he estimated. The total cost was exactly the amount of the estimate. The results were exactly as he promised. You cannot tell there was ever any damage to the vehicle. I highly recommend First Class Auto body.

I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE TO PAINT THE CAR. THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK ON CUSTOM CARS. GREAT DETAIL WORK.
