Chris came quickly to find the leak and thoroughly investigated everything only to find no major leaks but determined the water controls were set wrong and excessive water was being used and directed wrong. He fixed everything for a reasonable price and great workmanship.

Received call within minutes of asking for a quote. In under 2 hours he was here and started working on the broken sprinkler hose buried under the turf lawn. Everything was fixed and back in place in a matter of a couple of hours. Crain Brothers was great to work with, responsive and efficient. I would hire again if needed.

Chris Crained came out check my irrigation system and found problem. Bad Contoller timer. Replaced with same exact one I had for over 25 yrs. Rain Dial. Work was done efficiently and professionally right the first time. He added I should replace bubblers and riser pipes and that increased flow due to being clogged. I do highly recommend Chris as I got to talk to him while working and noticed his work ethic and listened to my concerns. Chris did a wonderful job. He repaired my original problem and when he verified the system was working, he fond another problem and fixed that one too. When all was done he again verified the system was running correctly. He e planned what he was doing during the course of the job. Very polite.

Crain's did a great job in fixing my sprinkler system issues. I knew I had a bad valve and some sprinkler head issues. It turned out that I actually had three of the four 30+ year old valves were leaking, cracked, or not working at all. The pro was professional and we agreed on a price and he got all the work completed in a timely manner. (As an aside, my valve box has never looked this clean and neat!)

He did a good job. A little expensive for a simple repair. I am a hospital administrator and his fee for service is more than I make per hour. It is what it is, I would hire him again.
