For years I'd gotten my car washed at Cobblestone on Pima Road in Scottsdale but then switched to Danny's Family for some reason and have been taking my car there for years. Lately the quality of their work hasn't been as good so I decided to try Cobblestone again not remembering why I'd switched to Danny's in the first place. After I drove in I remembered! Immediately I was hit up about the small chips in my windshield. I told the salesman that I'd already had them fixed but he kept insisting that I repair them and I told him I would get them repaired another time so that he would leave.
Finally my car went through the wash and when I walked up I noticed that my car didn't even look clean. There were still spots on the hood and sides of my car. My first thought was "Did this car even go through water?"  I should have said something and had them rewash my car but I was running errands and didn't have the time. Also my front floor mats were filthy. I'd wanted to have them washed but wasn't asked when I pulled up and forgot about them until I got back in the car. The waiting area used to be packed with customers and I noticed that it was fairly empty and I was there on a Saturday morning. Won't be going there again!

The gentleman hawking "free" windshield repair were both rude and annoying. Wonder why the business puts up with that. Guess the free service pays them well.

I brought my car in for an oil change and I said that I needed synthetic because my car was almost at 100k miles. The nice guys at the shop asked if I had been doing synthetic all along, and I said no, that I just heard I should do it when my car reached 100k. They told me that actually, the best thing is to go with a high-mileage blend. And it turns out that this service was actually cheaper than the full synthetic, so I really appreciate their honesty in suggesting that. They did check my air filter and cabin air filter, but they didn't push me to replace them, and they actually got the cabin air filter replaced correctly, so my glove box closes properly again (Jiffy Lube messed it up the previous oil change).
They were also VERY fast - I was in a hurry on my lunch hour, so they were quick and let me take a gift card for the cost of a car wash, because I didn't have time that day to get the oil changed and the car wash done.
I recently decided to not use Jiffy Lube anymore (too expensive) and I'm very satisfied with Cobblestone's service. I think this will be my new regular oil change place.

Use this vendor for all of our car washes. Took car in for detailing/waxing.
Left car there in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Car looked very good when I went to pick it up, mgr. walked around the car with me for my review of their work and approval.

Best to stay away from the car wash here when it's hot. My wife just got back from having our Mini Cooper washed here. When she got back into the car post-wash, the windshield was cracked. The folks gave my wife a little physics lesson in expansion and contraction (I'm assuming it's because she's just a girl...I can't imagine I'd get the same kindergarten lecture). They pointed to the wall of disclaimers and said cracked windshields aren't their fault.If you're going to wash cars professionally in a place like AZ, you better know that spraying a hot windshield with cold water is going to be a problem a good percentage of the time. These people are clearly not professionals. If we didn't have a $0 deductible, we'd be going to small claims on this one. I don't care what your disclaimer wall says, being a caveman is no excuse.

I like this place because they re very fast and efficient. They re very friendly with me and they always seem to do a great job with my car. I would highly recommend this place to others because they re a very reliable company.

ALTHOUGH I WAS GENERALLY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK, TWICE MY CAR WAS NOT READY WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP. IN BOTH INSTANCES, IT WAS OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY. IF YOU DROP OFF YOUR CAR, MAKE CERTAIN AS TO WHEN IT WILL BE DONE OR YOU WILL BE WAITING AS THEY ARE VERY BUSY.

I PURCHASED A FULL DETAIL AND FREE WASH FOR $130 (WHICH I BELIEVE YOU CAN GET FOR $110 NOW). STATED RETAIL IS $350, BUT I DON'T THINK ANYONE WOULD PAY THAT. THE DETAIL JOB WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. THE JOB TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN PROMISED, THOUGH. I WAS TOLD 4 HOURS, BUT WAITED ALMOST AN EXTRA HOUR TO GET MY TRUCK. I DIDN'T LIKE THE WAIT, BUT DID LIKE, THAT THEY WERE SPENDING SO MUCH TIME ON THE JOB.
