Both repairs were done in a very careful and professional manner. The end results were repaired vehicles that look and run as good as new without rattles or such distractions. Thanks especially to Jordan who managed our repairs and kept us informed on a very timely basis as to the progress of both vehicle repair projects. Both vehicles were completed earlier than originally estimated.

I live more towards the NW side of town yet chose to use Ric's in North Scottsdale based on their reputation and a referral. Their estimate was comparable to another I had received from a shop suggested by my insurance company. I was the victim of a hit and run in the middle of the night while my vehicle was parked in my driveway which left me stuck with the deductibles and hassle associated with such a surprise. I did have to wait a month before they could schedule my repair, however, this was an indication of how busy they are. They would have been accurate to the minute as to how long the work would take had it not been for my insurer; they dragged their feet and were less than responsive with approvals which added a couple of days to the one week time frame I was given. I particularly appreciated that Ric's excelled in what appears to be a dying aspect of business; communication. Dean and the crew kept me apprised of their progress from day one. Calls are handled by humans, a refreshing departure from automated systems. That said, I had no need to contact them once they had my vehicle as they stayed in touch with me. This was a lease to be returned in about 6 months and an entire fender had to be replaced so I was very concerned about a paint match. Dean assured me that it wasn't a problem. The match was spot on, the repair virtually invisible. My van was returned clean and ready to roll. I would recommend Ric's for everything from customer service to quality of work, as well as cost, in a heartbeat.

CAME IN UNDER INITIAL QUOTE AND ONE DAY EARLY!!!! They called me to let me know progress/status. They washed my car and cleaned tires - looked great. There was rain the night prior so when I got there, they were taking car to be washed again because of rain spots - amazing! They work with Enterprise and I was able to have Enterprise Rental pick me up when I dropped off my car and then I was able to drop my rental car off at Ric's when I picked up my own car. Ric's notified Enterprise that I returned car. What a great service especially because I did not have to bother friends or family. Professional team including receptionist/customer service person. Great experience!

Ric's does an outstanding job on every front. They also fixed my wifes car when a distracted woman rear-ended her and another peron's car. In that case their work was also impeccable. they are very professional, reliable, ethical and a delight to deal with!

My car was"keyed" at the local mall. I brought it to a local Body Shop and was told it could not be "buffed" out. Estimate over$900.00 for repainting and would be kept for a week. Went to Angie' List and saw the recommendations for Ric's; I drove over to their shop and was taken right away. As soon as my car was seen by the estimator he said that he thought it could be fixed easily---not repainted. He was right! The work was done in 20 minutes and was a complete success. I recommend Ric's for their honesty and for their excellent work.

These guys are true professionals... from the phone call, to the meeting, to the drop off and delivery. Car was repaired perfectly and on time. They treat you like family, a lot of fun. Although I hope I don't need to use them in the future (i.e., no more accidents on my part), if I did need another repair I would definitely use their services again.

After our minivan was hit in a parking lot in the rear left panel, we had obtained 3 estimates from 3 different autobody shops in the Scottsdale Airpark area who were highly rated. The estimates ranged from $1500 to $2500 and the duration of time expected to make the repair ranged from 5-10 days. The range of work determined to appropriately fix the damage differed greatly from the shop charging $1500 compared to the other two higher estimates. Dean, the manager at Ric's quoted the work himself and quoted right around $1950 and estimated 5 days to repair the damage. We ended going with Ric's because they were very customer friendly and straightforward. In addition, the higher quote for $2500 also estimated 8-10 days to finish the repair over Ric's 5 days. We brought the car in on Monday and it was finished by Friday as promised. The car looked great and brand new. They also took off other nicks and scratches for no additional charge. In an industry that is plagued by scammers, I felt Ric's was honest, straight forward, and did excellent work. I would use them again.

The quality we had to take it back once because the trunk was a little bit off and they did fix it right away. It’s a body work and painting. That was six weeks ago. The cost of service was about $2400.

I have a classic '60's 'Vette with concours quality paint. Unfortunately, I was following a pick up truck loaded with gravel when he hit a bump and sent a shower of gravel bouncing down the highway. A couple stones hit the front bumper leaving multiple pits. My insurance agent referred me to Ric's. Dean from Ric's Auto Body & Paint looked over the damage and suggested touching up the chips instead of repainting the bumber. He had one of the painters match the paint color and touch up the chips while I waited. I returned a couple days later and they hand sanded & polished the repaired area. The guys did a great job. The repair is almost unnoticeable. I appreciated that they were able to work on the car immediately. Their customer service was outstanding and all of the guys were friendly and helpful.

Car is a 2014 Porsche Cayman Appointment was made in advance to drop off car on Monday morning at 8:00am. Work was completed on time and at quoted cost. Picked up car on Wednesday at 4:00pm. Completed results excellent. I have used Ric's numerous times for other cars over the past several years and workmanship is always high caliber.

A large pick-up truck backed up into the front of my car when we were in line to exit a parking lot. It crushed my entire front end and pushed back the front passenger door, so it wouldn't open. The A/C and transmission also needed to be repaired. Sadly, the car was only two months old when this happened, and I was without it for about another two months! Ric's did all the repairs through the other driver's insurance company and repainted the new parts. They helped me remove everything from the car and called the car rental company for me to have them come pick me up. They called my husband to walk him through all the repairs that needed to be done before they started their work. The car took a little bit longer to finish than originally anticipated, but they kept in touch with us throughout the process to let us know their progress. The car looked as good as new when we picked it up.

On the recommendation of my auto insurer I took my '08 Toyota Tundra SR5 to Ric's to have front-end damage repaired after an accident. Dean and his staff worked with me from the moment I walked in the door, explained everything that they would have to do and provided an estimate immediately that I could take back to my insurer. It was an especially bad time for my wife and I as we were expecting the birth of our first child and had just moved into a home we were renovating, so to say we were stressed is an understatement. I was able to wait about 6 weeks after my accident, drop off my truck and focus on our new baby while the repairs were completed. Dean personally went through the work that was done and showed me how they had used quality recycled parts to lower the cost of the repair. I paid my $500 deductible and they actually SAVED the insurance company money when they didn't have to. They came in about 10% lower than the initial estimate!!! I've been around mechanics my whole life, and I've known some shady people in the auto repair business, but I would have zero trepidation recommending Dean and the staff at Ric's to take care of any auto body work. My truck now looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot, no joke! These pople are professionals in an industry that unfortunately doesn't have too many of those around. While I hope I don't have a wreck to deal with again, any body work I need I know where I'm going. Thank you Dean and everyone at Ric's.

The manager, Dean, made me feel comfortable as soon as I called. The old mini van isn't worth more than $1000, and I did not want to do more than I had to or the car would have been gone. He did the needed repairs to make it safe to drive without doing more than was needed. The work was done quickly and at an extremely reasonable price. I explained I was not using insurance and could only tow it to one place and could not get multiple estimates. It was a best case scenario with Ric's and I could not have been more satisfied.

There are a bunch of auto bodies shops close to each other along Cave Creek Road near where I live. I got estimates from a few. Rics was not the cheapest, but I was very impressed that they seemed more professional, clean place, well organized vs the typical shop mechanics (nothing against them we need them!). Their professionalism and approach was why I choose them over slightly lower estimates. The front desk young gal very friendly and drove me home and picked me up when car was ready. It seems like a well run happy worker place. Work done on time and as quoted. One part did go up like about $10 and they called me to confirm even for that small amount so there were no surprises.

I had received a quote from another body shop, recommended by my auto repair shop, they were much higher and never called me back, about scheduling an appointment. I found Ric's on Angie's list and decided to get a quote, they were much lower. They were very easy to work with and had great followup.

THEIR PRICE WAS A BIT LOWER THAN A COMPETITOR'S & THE INSURANCE COMPANY ACCEPTED THEM AS A REPAIR SHOP. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN 4 DAYS AS PROMISED WITH A PHONE CALL UPDATE ON PROGRESS. THEY DID A NICE JOB ON THE REPAIR & PAINT JOB. THEY FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL A FEW DAYS AFTER THE CAR WAS RETURNED.
