Classic Collision

Recently had our vehicle repaired at Ric's Body & Paint after hitting an object moving on a freeway. I have used them 4 or 5 times in the last 15 years. I dealt with Dean Slaughter, manager. The work was superb and finished on time when Dean said it would be ready. Dean did an excellent job during the week it took to repair the car to communicate with me about how the repair was progressing. I could not give a stronger recommendation for Ric's Body & Paint.

It went very well. They were very communicative with the process, answered all of my questions, and made my truck look like new! They finished in the time estimated(7-10 days), perhaps a bit early. Without hesitation I would recommend them to others and reuse them myself.

Great experience. Vs. my other quotes, they priced slightly below and performed the work in half the time. Great front desk, office staff and techs. I showed up early to pick it up my car and peeked around the corner to find it...there were four guys on my car like a stock car team, buffing it, wiping it down inside and out, basically gave me a mini-detail for free! Great crew. From now on, these are my guys!

Ric's is the most professional body shop with whom I have ever dealt. Working with Shane and Lisa totally exceeded my expectations. Ric's was fantastic. They couldn't take me immediately, but once they had the car, I heard from them regularly, and they were able to finish a few days earlier than estimated. They were professional and very thorough. They noticed things that I had missed, and I appreciated that they also detailed my car before returning it.

Polite, prompt, professional....in a word perfect! From the time I was greeted with a smile as I entered the front door until the time I picked up my repaired vehicle one day ahead of schedule, Ric’s handling of my repair was the poster child for friendly efficient service. Rather than wondering how things were going , Ric’s called with updates as to what was being done, where things were in the repair process. Ric’s offered to arrange for a rental car during my car's down time but since the repair was so efficiently handled, one was not really needed. The repairs to my car were expertly done in a timely manner at a fair price. In fact when a part was theoretically only available from the dealership at full retail, Ric’s called around and found the same part at another facility for 40% less. As I said… Polite, prompt, professional....in a word perfect!

All can say is excellent the best and the best customer service I have ever had and I was a customer service rep. Their work is excellent and like I said they take pride and they treat you like you have been there before. They washed my car cleaned it inside and out which is very unusual. Wes called me and kept me in the loop. He said the car would be ready at a certain time and a certain day and it was right to the minute. Don’t hesitate to use them for a second you will not be sorry. Also it is a family owned business and they care.

Great! Excellent service and quality of work. Everyone there was professional, courteous, friendly and provided useful information. Shane called frequently to update me on progress and answer questions. They re-used the chrome running board from the passenger side at my request, which saved me money. Insurance paid for most. The work was done on schedule. When I returned to get the grab handle replaced, I was in and out of there before my coffee was cool enough to drink. I recommend them highly and will use Ric's again.

The experience at Ric's Auto was perfect! After an unfortunate hit and run incident, we took my car to Ric's. They handled the insurance seamlessly, the estimate was done that afternoon and work began promptly. There were several calls made to update my cars status. This is the second time we used Ric's to repair damage to our vehicles from rear-end accidents. We can't say enough good things about them! They are friendly, efficient, and go above and beyond to make sure their customers experience top notch service. They communicate quickly when there is any change to report and they don't promise what they can't deliver. We received our car back three days earlier than was scheduled. They even touched up a small unrelated scratch when they were painting for nothing! It's refreshing to know there are businesses who take this much pride in their service/product and who care enough to hire the best people to make it happen. Like the many reviews, I, too, had an excellent experience with Ric's. Someone backed into my rear door, and they were paying out of pocket for the repair. So, I checked three repair facilities. One offered to simply do bump work on the door, and that was less money. The other two, including Ric's, explained the door would never look the same without replacing the door "skin," and I both understood and agreed. Of the two remaining, I noticed Jerry at Ric’s checked the interior. I did not understand why until the second shop gave me a quote, but then set me up for the possibility there was "structural" damage to the door, which would make the repair far more expensive. I was less than impressed with the other well-known, nearby, shop, but I asked Jerry about the potential for structural damage, and he explained that's why he checked inside, where he saw no evidence of structural damage. Though Ric's was slightly more expensive, I opted to go with them, not only because of the great reviews, but I simply liked everyone with whom I came in contact. With agreement from the person paying, we opted for Ric's . . . and it was the right choice. They did the repair in exactly the time committed, called me twice to keep me apprised of the progress, and I picked up a car that looked pristine, better than it has looked since I first bought it. They even touched up a little rear bumper abrasion, and included it as part of the service. It was a small touch-up, but shows them going the extra mile. Like me, you will be more than happy if you select Ric's.

I would highly recommend Ric's Body & Paint. They were professional during the entire time they had our car. Their estimate of when the car would be finished (7-10 working days) was right on (they had the car for 10 working days - which included the 4th of July holiday). Adam, our service manager, kept in close communication, letting us know the status of the car throughout the entire time it was at the shop. The estimate for the work was very close to the actual bill. The actual work completed was top-notch, and you cannot even tell there was any body damage done.

Everything was handled professionally. The work was quoted accurately and completed a bit ahead of schedule. Great communication along the way. Great results too.

I liked using Ric's. They are friendly, professional, and they do a good job. This is the second time I've used the firm and both times the work was excellent. The paint match was perfect.
