Kevin Marks was very easy to deal with in setting up the schedule for the work. He explained the process to us and worked to our schedule. The crew arrived as planned and worked hard (it was very warm) to get the work done. The process is a two-day installation. We did not need to stay at the house while the work was being done and it came out looking great. We would highly recommend this provider.

Kevin and his company were first class! Everything was perfect and I have absolutely no complaints! The floor is amazing and has received many compliments from my friends. The price was very competitive for the quality and size that I had done. I have had bad experiences with other companies. In a heartbeat I would use Kevin and his company again!

I called and talked with Kevin about my need to coat the floor of my new workshop. He listened to me and suggested a 2 layer coating. He could have suggested something much more expensive but he didn't and I appreciated that. I called him back a few days later but he was getting a tire fixed and couldn't schedule us. He said he would call us back later that day but he didn't. I had to call him back the next day. He did schedule us for the next week and the crew showed up on time. they were very professional and nice. They knew what they were doing and they did a very good job.

From taking my initial call on a Sunday afternoon to finishing the job earlier than expected Brilliant Epoxy provided seamless professional service. The owner Kevin explained my options over the phone on a Sunday and kindly walked me through the images on his website until I found what I was looking for. I was able to have the installation done that upcoming week to my surprise. His team came as planned on Thursday morning and called me Friday mid morning to let me know they were applying the top coat. Kevin had estimated it to be a 2 day job so I was pleased to be informed that they really were finishing on day 2. Unfortunately I've recently been told the same thing by other companies only to find that 2 really means 3 or 4 etc. The floors look gorgeous and the color Kevin recommended compliments my house perfectly. If you want to love your garage use these guys!!

Wow is all I can say. First, the call to inquire with Kevin was exceptional. He took me through the website, every step, helping me to choose the right floor for my needs. He was so confident in his ability to do a great job, I was convinced I was at the right place. I scheduled the job, 2 men showed up on time, spent the day making my garage floor absolutely beautiful, and cleaned up behind themselves. My husband was out of town and will be beside himself when he sees this floor. The job was superb! Much better than even I expected. Outstanding!!!

From initial contact with Brilliant Epoxy Floor's sales rep "Scott" to completion of work, total of 5-days. Translation: Scott was able to schedule my job F-A-S-T. Actual on-site work time was 2-days. Scott and crew arrived August 1st promptly at 8am and the crew wasted no-time in getting to work. The 10-year old, water based epoxy floor coating previously installed was removed with Brilliant's diamond grinders. The work area was kept clean (and surprisingly dust free) throughout the process. Lots of vacuuming, blowing, sweeping. The crew is attentive to every detail. A primer was applied to the raw concrete floor. After an hour passed (cure time for primer) the stem walls were epoxied and chips broadcast followed by the garage floor, itself. Scott and crew worked with Owners to achieve EXACTLY the desired look; updated, modern, clean, and professional grade. The finished floor looks AMAZING. Total project time was 2-days (day two for polyurethane top-coat). Many thanks to Scott, crew leader Jesus (who did most of the physical work; the man is a perfectionist) and everyone at Brilliant for a job very well done! Nice bunch of guys to boot.

Kevin was on top of it from the moment I reached out to him. He was very accomodative to my personal and travel schedule and met me for an estimate on a Sunday morning. It seems like the epoxy chip color was created exactly for my house, which has a beautiful light olive color to that matched the garage paint color perfectly. Kevin and his team communicated well from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Called on Monday May 6 2013 at 7.30 am Kevin Marks the owner answered the phone and we agreed he would come out later that day.Kevin was on time and had great energy.We talked and he educated me about the different products his company could install.I decided on a product that Kevin recommended the chrome full chip system.Initally I was not sure but Kevin assured me that this product would look great and also be very durable and it came with a 15 yr warranty.The installation took 2 days and it went very well Kevins crew were proffesional and courtious.I am really happy with the way the floor looks and I am glad that I took Kevins advice.Their pricing was very competitive and they were on time and communicated very well throughout the process.Kevin followed up to make sure I was happy with their product and installation.I would recommend Brilliant Floors and if need be I would use them again.

I needed to redo the surface of my garage floor. The previous owners had done a poor job of painting the floor with water based paint and it was peeling. I called Kevin-owner of Brilliant Epoxy Floors-about six weeks ago to get a ballpark figure on what it would be to have the garage floor painted. He explained all of the options in a thorough manner, and answering any questions I had. The time came to actually do the garage and I called him back, and he remembered our conversation. I told him I wanted to have it done. His two man crew of Doug and Omar, came right on time and got to work right away. I knew this would be a two-day process, and it took them about 2 hours on the first day-just like they said it would. They gave us a 30-minute heads-up call on the second day, letting me know that they were on the way. They were on time and got to work right away. These guys really know their work. The garage floor looks absolutely wonderful! I choose the solid color two-coat. It will be perfect for my needs. I can't wait for the paint to cure and completely dry-7 days-so that I can put my car on it. I would recommend Kevin and Brilliant Epoxy Floors to anyone. I was told by Doug that if there was something that wasn't just right, they'd come and fix it. Very fair pricing for the job. I can see why this company is atop Angie's List.
