I can highly recommend Kevin and Brilliant Epoxy Floors. From my first phone call through a number of iterations Kevin was patient; honest and answered all my questions. I decided to visit his showroom (met me on a Holiday) to see the options and the colors although his website is very clear. I decided to go with the 5 layer full chip seal, although the partial chip which was a little cheaper may have worked. In the end I was happy I did so as the finished floor looks great and has a 15 year warranty. (he has been around 22 years). He asked for no money up front! Shows his ethics! His workers showed up on time on time and did an excellent job quickly. They took pride in their work and would explain the process and answer questions. They worked neatly and cleanly. Kevin also agreed to move the heavy things out, and more importantly back for a small charge which they did. There was a freezer; workbench; filing cabinet; metal shelves and the like. I had other quotes but Kevin was by far the friendliest and others would not agree to put heavy things back so they lost any chance. He also worked around my soft water cylinder promising to repair the floor if it was ever moved. I wish I had done it years ago, but I am very happy.

Kevin Marks was super responsive and talked me through the entire process. Once I was ready to have the job done, he came to my home and helped me color match with the home exterior and lighting. His crew came the next day and started the process. I was impressed by their attention to detail and workmanship. They did a great job explaining to me what was happening on each step, each day. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up afterwards. The floor looks fantastic and even my wife said "that looks pretty good!" a high endorsement considering her earlier opinion about spending money for a garage floor. Now I know why they call the company BRILLIANT EPOXY FLOORS ...mine sure is. The process started with my call to the company for a price quote. Kevin the owner spent 15 minutes with me explaining the process, the options and how BRILLIANT is different from all the "me-too" wanna be epoxy companies. I spoke with other companies that quoted me lower prices but they also didn't offer a 5-layer product...and thousands of satisfied customers (check out the YELP 5-star reviews for BRILLIANT EPOXY FLOORS). Rob and his crew called ahead each day of the 3-day application process and were always courteous..answering my numerous questions. They carefully dismantled my reverse osmosis system and went to work. These guys are meticulous to detail and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Rob even stopped by on his Saturday day off to reconnect my RO system. Many neighbors stopped by to examine their work and all had positive comments about the stellar finished product. If you want the best and most experienced epoxy floor applicators in Arizona, Nevada and California, BRILLIANT EPOXY FLOORS is the call to make!!! I've totally redone my Anthem Country Club home revamping the kitchen, baths, all flooring, crown and base molding, ceiling fans, garage cabinets etc., and dealt with dozens of contractors...these guys are the best! (My job was 425 sf + 14 ft of lower side wall). I paid with a personal check as there is a 2% fee for a credit card transaction. You must remove any prior coatings at an additional cost to obtain the 15 year warranty.

Excellent. I considered several companies and selected Brilliant Epoxy Flooring because Kevin Marks was very responsive and worked hard to come up with solutions to get the job done. His crew was punctual and even helped to move a few of the heavier items. Communication was excellent and the floors look great. The guys showed up when they said they would, were very courteous and clean. It's a messy process and they cleaned up the mess they made each day before leaving. The floor looks amazing and we are VERY pleased with the price, service, quality, and professionalism of the entire team at Brilliant Epoxy Floors.

The results were great. I got the garage floor I always wanted. Kevin and his team were a pleasure to work with and he definitely wants your business and aims to please. A+. I would definitely recommend them. He had his team come out the very next day to start and were done the 2nd day. He fit us in before we were scheduled to move into our new house so that was really great.

Had estimate done with details of how they would proceed. We emptied our own garage. Job scheduled right away. Crew showed up early. Went right to work, very fast. Was a two day propcess. They explained how to stay off the garage floor for 5-6 days. It looks fantastic. They detailed in all the right places. Am very pleased with the work. I might be off on the date, has taken me forever to post this review but do want peopl to know this is a very reliable company. They did what they said they were going to do and whne they said they were going to do it.

I used Brilliant in the past at my old home. They did such a good job and were responsive and professional when they did the last job, I didn't hesitate to call Kevin (the owner) again. He answered his cell, we set up a time and a price, and his employees showed up and did an outstanding job; again! I would unequivocally recommend Kevin and Brilliant epoxy.

Better than I hoped. Minimum of inconvenience. Garage could pass for a bedroom. cracks were patched,oil was removed,and floor was pressure washed. I am a happy camper !

Kevin is one of the best contractors I have used in Phoenix. He responded to our request for a quote quickly, confirmed the appointment, arrived on time (actually a bit early), and left us with a quote to compare against others (we always get three quotes before selecting a contractor). His price was on par with the other quotes but there was something about him that made me feel more comfortable to use him. We chose Kevin and he installed our epoxy floor in our garage.
The end result was amazing! The quality of the work was top rate and the materials were better than we could have imagined (and definitely better than the other contractors). We were so pleased with the work Kevin did at our house!
Normally, that is where a review on Yelp ends....but NOT THIS ONE! The one thing that I criticize all review sites about is there is no follow up. What happens 6 months later when things go wrong. Well I'll tell you. We had an issue with termites (not Kevins fault). The termites decided to go through our floor requiring us to get the floor treated. Unfortunately that requires drilling a bunch of holes into the floor and leave a beautiful floor with holes all over it. I called Kevin and he sent a guy out to patch those holes and make the floor perfect again FOR FREE!
Now (three years later), we moved to a bigger house a few miles away and the first call I made was to Kevin to make this new garage look like the old one. This time I didn't need three quotes, I called Kevin, he worked around our schedule, and installed a new epoxy floor in our garage before we moved in. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for quality work, materials, and most importantly follow-through! If this site had 6 stars, Kevin would have earned all of them!

They were very helpful in explaining all the options. This was new construction and my first epoxy garage floor, so I didn't know much. They helped me select the right finish and thickness for my needs and worked with my complicated timetable to get things completed and cured before the movers came. Communication was great and we got a discount for being on Angie's list. It's been several months now and the floor is great and their service was excellent! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Have epoxy floor in our current. Was not very happy with the company we used before. So we found Brilliant Epoxy on Angie's list. We read through their review and decided to look at their website. Very informative but called talk to Kevin because we were having trouble making decisions on color and layers. Kevin was very helpful and returned multiple calls. When we made the final decision he got us right on the schedule. His team showed up and did a wonderful job. We could not be happier with the finish project. I got the original estimate over the phone. Workers showed up at the scheduled time. Prepared and cleaned the garage floor. All cracks and seams were sealed. They applied the necessary coatings as required.
They were very professional and kept the area clean.
The entire process took about 4 days.
They did an excellent job. The floor looks incredible. Every time I go in the garage I am glad I finally had this done.
The floor was completed at the beginning of June. I wanted to be sure it would hold up to my hot tires during the summer before I submitted a review. I have seen no problems.

I was so impressed from the very first contact...which by the way was on a Sunday! I was planning to do this as a suprise for my husband, who was going out of town for a few days. That was a challange. I never thought I could pull this together in a short amount of time. Kevin Marks, the owner, returned my call promptly and I explained what I was trying to do. He got it worked out to have it started that Tuesday, which was perfect, and finished on Thursday. My husband was returning Friday, so it couldn't be better. Another Kevin, the installer, called to let me know he was on the way, and he and his helper were wonderful. Both were professional, courteous, and defiinitely knew what they were doing. Kevin explained everything to me, told me what to expect and how the flooring was being done. The next 2 days went just as well, with them calling first to let me know they were on their way, finishing their work, and leaving virtually no mess behind. The floor turned out above my expectations! It's gorgeous! Wish I could have the inside of my home look as nice! My husband arrived home Friday and was blown away! He just loves the floor! So well worth the effort. The following day, Kevin Marks called to follow up to make sure I was happy with the floor...which of course I was. I just can't say enough for this company. What a first class operation and I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone thinking of having this done. GO FOR IT!
