Description of Work: We explained our problem and based on the phone consult he did some online research in regards to the part he thought we would need. We discussed our options and decided the TV wasn't worth fixing. He provided this support for free, was very prompt responding to us and with the follow-up. He was very professional and we would definitely call him again.

Description of Work: Replaced all capacitors in a 55" flat screen TV. Fixed problem that was occurring sporadically for a couple of years until TV finally quit. Saved me hundreds of dollars in having to purchase a new big screen, plus work was done in home!

Description of Work: I hve an LG tv that burned out its DLP lamp. I checked LG etc and then callled Bobs tv. He told me that I could save $ by removing the entire lamp housing and bringing it down to the shop where he would sell me and install the lamp only -- not the entire assembly box. I did that, and a coulple of hours later went down and they took apart the assembly , repaced the lamp and had me on my way in 20 min. All in all it was easier than I thought

Bob took the time to tell me about the possible failures of our set, recommended extending the warranty, and gave great advice on how to troubleshoot in the future. I will absolutely use this company again! And, he was quick about his work, out the door in 20 minutes.
Description of Work: Panasonic large screen TV not functioning. Work under warranty and we were afraid of a large ''just in case bill''.
