Description of Work: This vendor is not suited for homes. Did not have crew that spoke English - maybe just 1 person. could not communicate with them. Never returned our phone calls.

Description of Work: I would not use this service again because they broke one of my flower crocks while trimming a tree (crock cost me $25) and neither the worker nor Bim made any offer to reimburse me. They also knocked over one of my solar lights and cracked it. And, I had specifically requested that none of my shrubs be scalped and I was left with one of my flowering shrubs cut clear down to the ground with only six sticks left as a plant. I sent an email to Bim, he apologized and said he would talk to his workers. That is the only response I received from him.

Description of Work: BIM was very prompt and professional. He came out to give us a quote and was as honest as can be. The services that we agreed upon were received 110%! They went above and beyond to fulfill their contract.

Description of Work: They did OK, but it always took a long time to get ahold of them for additional service, and everything was an extra charge.........

Description of Work: BMI was prompt. They cleaned up the yard to our new home that had been empty for awhile. Trimmed the trees. Put in a back flow system in the front yard. We ordered the rock, that was a difficult rock to find as no one today uses lava rock anymore, but our yard already had it in the landscape. He did not give up, he found a provider and delivered the rock. His prices are fair, and his customer service is excellent. He kept me up to date on delivery. I would reccommend this company highly.

Description of Work: Because of their great reviews, I called to see if they'd work in my area anyway. Even though they don't, they responded right away to let me know, as a courtesy. Amazing!

Description of Work: They dethatched and cut the lawn, fertilized grass, trimmed landscaping, and weeded.

Description of Work: Jeremy was prompt and on time for the estimate and or time for the job, as well. He brought 4 helpers, who were friendly and efficient. They delivered a ton of granite and spread if in our front yard. Jeremy was careful to order granite to match existing granite. They raked the entire yard out cleaning sidewalks, driveway, and street when they finished.
